Geissel stands for responsibility, tradition and innovation. We have been an owner-managed family business since 1919 and are now in our fourth generation. Over 140 motivated and qualified employees worldwide take care of the flexible and reliable production of customer-specific parts. Geissel manufactures in two locations. In Germany and India.


Precision-turned parts

We manufacture drawing-specific precision-turned parts from brass, various stainless steels, aluminium and special alloys in sizes ranging from 6 mm to 95 mm, straight off the shelf. We have more than 10,000 m² of manufacturing space at two locations with over 40 modern CNC and conventional single and multi-spindle automatic lathes from renowned manufacturers such as CMZ, Index, Schütte or Tornos.

Among other things, we specialise in variable cable gland systems. We supply a wide range of standard parts with our own wege® -series and accessories ex stock, but also offer individual special solutions on request. With our many years of expertise in development, we offer gland systems that are optimally suited for a wide range of applications.

Gersfelder Metallwaren GmbH is based in Gersfeld in the Hessian Rhön near Fulda and, with around 250 employees, is one of the largest employers in the region.

Giesler Drehtechnik GmbH has been a well-known manufacturer of automatic turned parts for the automotive industry and other sectors for over 60 years. As a family company in the Sauerland, we manufacture complex precision turned parts in large series.

Screws, nuts, guide pins, studs, sockets, connections … the range of products that we manufacture for you includes a comprehensive assortment of turned parts suitable for automatic processing.

Anything is possible, from lengths between 2 and 32 mm, heights or widths up to 10 mm and diameters from 2 to 12 mm. Either in brass, aluminium, copper, stainless steel like 1.4305 or machining steel.

We manufacture our products for you from 10,000 units. We will, of course, also make you a suitable offer for larger quantities in the multimillion item range.

Global Technik Sp.k is a private company based in Sadłogoszcz, in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. Since its founding in 2010, the company has been successfully operating throughout Poland and abroad. Global Technik specializes in a wide range of services and offers comprehensive solutions in the areas of metalworking, the production of steel structures and the maintenance and repair of technology and industry-related plants.

New in our machine park is a 5 - axis "Millturn" machining center with which we completely finished workpieces in one set-up, which leads to a significant reduction of the idle times and the precision significantly increases. With corresponding 5 - a pallet exchange system and a total of 90 tool places, we are well prepared for series production.

In 1993, Markus Hipp began working on prototypes and designs for medical implants and instruments in the heart of German medical technology, in Kolbingen in the district of Tuttlingen, and founded HIPP Präzisionstechnik. Originally started as a garage company in its own home, the company gradually developed into a high-performance partner in the fields of medical technology, aerospace technology and the high-tech sectors of mechanical engineering and the automotive industry. With a comprehensive range of services, the superordinate HIPP Technology Group today employs more than 200 people.

HKR GmbH & Co. KG

The HKR GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of Vaillant GmbH.

This medium-sized companies went on 01 January 2006 from the previous profit center heating at the location Roding forth. The reliable service manager of the parent company also acts as a competent partner and supplier for external customers of the heating industry, automotive engineering, and for the sanitary sector.

The 317 employees achieved a turnover of 52 million euros in fiscal 2007.

Core competence is the development and production of components, gas and water leading assemblies and turning and forgings for the heating industry and the assembly of modules. The products are manufactured with an annual capacity of 8,000 tons per year, mainly made of brass but also made of steel and aluminum.
