EMMECI is an Italian family company that has been active in the field of turning technologies for over 50 years.

We realize turned parts according to customer drawings and flexibly align our production to our customers' wishes.
Our mission is to accompany the customer in the development of turned parts and to relieve them of activities that are not their core business. We can draw on a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge that we have been collecting and maintaining for over 50 years.

Industrial sectors for which we work or are able to produce are the construction industry, equipment for painting and welding systems, shock absorbers and braking systems (not in the automotive sector), forklifts, aftermarket (liquid gas, motorcycles, cars, hydraulic valves), fountain pens and wristwatches, oil hydraulics , Pneumatics, hydraulics, medicine. In the field of medicine, we are able to manufacture turned parts for X-ray machines / X-ray machines and X-ray tubes.

We usually produce series from 5,000 parts.

We, production and service companies EMR Industrial Machining GmbH (in short: EMR IZ), are first-class system supplier to the metal industry in the field of precision engineering. Since its founding in 2000, we as a young company providing customized, sophisticated metal component any types that exactly match the requirements and wishes of our customers in the form, size and material. In addition to our core competence as a supplier of turning and milling technology, we have specialized in the field of hardware for HPLC analysis technology to provide our customers in this area, a comprehensive range of products.

We are equipped with modern CNC turning and milling centers, which are available for your requirements. We currently employ 25 people and are constantly growing. Our team consists of highly qualified, motivated and experienced professionals in the field of machining.

We have already produced more than 700 different parts and are always adding new ones. Our services include, depending on the needs of both single and serial production. This means for you: You need not search for a matching part, the part you want is made for you to fit in the desired quantities.

Our special service: We advise and support you in the production of a prototype and assume all incidental activities that relate to the production of the item. If required, we can fit even your items together.

Approach a prototype design: The interested party gives us a template in the form of a drawing or a sample piece, and we produce the desired amount.If a template does not exist, we support you, that looks like this: you give us a rough draft or description of the object. We simulate the object in a tailored specially for engineers software program. You give us your parallel change requests known. After that, the object goes into production. After it comes to the production test phase. During this phase, further changes can be made. This process continues until the object corresponds to your precious ideas. You see:

Our company was founded in 1960 by Edgar and Edwin Engesser. From the outset, it is our endeavor to offer our customers maximum reliability and utility. Therefore, it is no coincidence that we can already look back on a very long relationship with many customers. Edgar Engesser was over 40 years always competent partner of our customers. During this time he put our company on a solid foundation on which we can safely grow today.

We are a medium-sized company with 60 highly qualified young employees and have been successfully supplying the packaging industry for 30 years. Technical skills, innovative thinking and state-of-the-art machinery enable us to be a reliable and high-performance partner for our customers.

With our machine park of 26 CNC machining centers, 14 CNC lathes, as well as various lathes, milling and drilling machines, and centerless belt grinding machines, we are able to manufacture quickly and precisely according to drawings. Our strength lies in the production of prototypes, individual parts and small series from materials such as aluminum, V2A, MS, and plastic as well as the assembly of complete assemblies, creation of spare parts according to samples or drawings.
