We are a company founded in 2018.
Started alone in a small hall.
We now operate 4 CNC machines, all prepared down to the smallest detail in our AV.
We have also been ISO 9001 certified since 2020

Experience
For over 50 years we manufacture turned parts from 2 - 60 mm diameter brass manufacturing,
Steel, free cutting steel, aluminum, stainless steel and Delrin. The processing of multi-edge materials
is our specialty.

Highly trained professionals guarantee a first class job.

Innovation
To even be able to work optimally. but also to provide our partners with exactly the ideal tool at hand to be able to, we also develop its own new devices, such as revolving, adjustable guide device for Electricity and Tornos lathes to 12.70 mm in diameter, or the quick-release floor 161 E 1-26 mm in diameter.

A sophisticated quality assurance system ensures consistently high quality.
Basis of Q.-p system is a specially created manual, according to
DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, with exact direction lines for production, management and delivery - everything about your product.


Equipment
The impressive number of our cam-controlled long and turret lathes is perfectly complemented by CNC lathes.A separate post-processing department for drilling, milling, thread cutting, deburring, countersinking and Tumbling is also available, as well as the means for sandblasting the finished turned parts.

In addition to fasteners such as screws, nuts and washers, our portfolio also includes CNC turned and laser parts.

The dimensional range is between Ø 1-5 mm in all common (special) alloys from the areas of steel, brass, aluminum and stainless steel.

We are also happy to supply you with ready-made goods, e.g. goods packed in sets consisting of several components or already assembled assemblies.
