The John Banholzer Metallwarenfabrikation GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized companies in Berlin, which has been operating for more than half a century as a manufacturer of forged parts, especially for the automotive industry.

Our core competence lies in the metal forming. We manufacture high quality stamping, bending, - and drawing parts of varying difficulty in a variety of lot sizes.

With our modern stamping and transfer machines with a pressing force 50-320 t we can edit tape material comprises from 0.1 up to 6.5 mm for all common steel, stainless steel and non-metal materials and even stamping gold-plated circuit boards as well as two deep drawing presses 115-250 tons of force also manufacture deep drawn parts.

To our manufacturing range includes the manufacturing of sheet metal and welded assemblies by welding and assembly fixtures.

The basis of our performance in the series production represents the tool and fixtureThese include conception, design and construction of optimally designed for the purpose of tools in close cooperation with our customers. Following these ideas, we build bending, embossing, cutting, thermoforming, and Progressive and transfer dies.

We also manufacture prototypes, pre-series and patterns cheap and quickly with the help of standard tools, devices and support tools.

Our company was founded in August 2016 by the Alperen Kececioglu (Design&Development Mechanical and Automotive Engineer) and Fatih Kececioglu (Development Engineer E-Mobility) with its headquarters in Ebersbach, Germany. The main focus is on contract manufacturing, mechanical processing of steel and stainless steel. With the experience of the mechanical engineering industry of its founders, the company has gained a foothold in the industry in a short time.

The company Bos Inox UAB specializes in the production of high-quality metal parts. Our manufacturing process includes sheet and tube laser cutting, sheet bending, mechanical processing like threading, deburring, welding of different parts according customer specification. We operate with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass from 0,5mm to 25mm.

All proceses are performed in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Self designed ERP enables our company to control all production processes to ensure precise delivery time to all of our customers from different industrial areas. It also allows our sales team to prepare offer within 1-2 days.

Surface treatment like powder/wet painting, electro galvanising, anodising or other, upon request of the customer, is done with help of subcontractors.
