since 15 years we are specialized in the manufacturing of CNC turned parts up to a dimension of rd430 mm and max. 900 mm turning length.
Through our quality and reliability as well as ongoing investments in our machinery we have in the commercial vehicle sector, in the area of high pressure valves, proven in well-known manufacturers of pumps, but also in pavers of home sporting goods as a competent supplier and partner. In 2008 alone, we have a new profile rolling machine (PEE WEE UPW24) and a twin-spindle BTA deep hole drilling machine purchased an existing Mori Seiki ZL250 linked to a rice RVL 16-30 gantry robot and the EMAG VL group extended by two DIP-area storage tables. Our CNC turning centers provide cost-machining of workpieces with large chip volume and high precision requirements. Ready-made items are delivered through collaboration with qualified service providers such as hardening shops and surface finishers.

TINTEC Metal Technology is a certified welding specialist [DIN 3834-2, ISO 9001 iV] for holistic, sophisticated technology and complex welding sheet metal assemblies in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We specialize in sheet metal fabrication for housing, container & industrial equipment, tanks & tanks, ducts & pipes / flanges and allocations, as a complete assembly with in-house development and design as well as our own production.

Deformation of cold rolled strips with press:
In the field of classical stamping production is possible on eccentric presses from 40 to 250 tons, as well as hydraulic presses up to 250 tons. The product size ranges up to about 500 mm in length and 4 mm in thickness.

Fine blanking:
Fine blanking is a special technology or so-called punching "without air" between the Schneidematrize and the knives (0,5 - 1,0%). This method is especially useful for highly sophisticated products in question, which are dentate different. The maximum length is about 500 mm, and the maximum width of 6 mm. TKG doo manufactures screws of the small range in diameter from 2 to 6 mm and using the most advanced technology of cold deformation, which has displaced pivot screws in the world due to their cost-effectiveness.

TKG provides doo screws forth in accordance with the ISO and DIN standards. We also produce special screws design according to the plans and patterns in collaboration with technologists and designers of customers. Screws can be thermally edit and galvanically protect, depending on the location and type of operation.

Our Company's History and Development

Tometh KFT was founded in 1997 as the successor to a sole proprietorship that had been operating for five years, with the aim of providing high-tech solutions for the engineering industry, prioritizing customer needs. Over the years, we have continuously expanded our workforce and machine park. Today, we operate more than 20 modern, computer-controlled production equipment, and our team has grown to 52 employees.

We have been operating our ISO 9001 quality management system since 2002, which is now fully integrated into our in-house developed production management system, supporting quality-focused manufacturing. In addition, in 2019, we implemented the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

We utilize a modern enterprise management and MES system in production, and we have been operating paperlessly for nearly 12 years, with a strong emphasis on digital systems for data collection and statistical analysis. Our goal is to achieve robotic machine servicing for medium-batch production (1-500 units) and to implement robotic shop floor logistics. We already have operational divisions in this area, supporting efficient and innovative production.

Through technological developments, we have also established the conditions for manufacturing and assembling assembled units. Currently, we produce 50-100 different assembled units and over 1,000 types of parts, regularly serving about 20 clients.

In recent years, small-batch assembled unit production has opened up a new, strategic field for us. We use our CAD-CAM systems not only to support our own manufacturing processes but also to provide design and prototype manufacturing services for our clients.
