Our versatile production program includes high-precision deep-drawn parts as well as stamped and bent parts - also in high-quality decorative areas - for various industries. The Sixt company can look back on over 65 years of experience in metal forming and tool making - since 1999 also at another location in the Czech Republic. Our in-house tool shop is equipped with all machines for the production of punching and forming tools. Our delivery program is completed by assembly to assemblies, vibratory grinding and parts cleaning. We specialize in design and manufacture of plastic injection molds up to a size of 1100 mm x 800 mm x 700 mm and a weight of up to about 3 tons.
With the long experience of our designers and programmers, supported by modern construction systems such as Unigraphics in the 3D area and Euclid in 3D programming, we implement even the most complex requirements.Our powerful CNC technology, including in the process wire and sinker EDM, milling, HSC milling, grinding as well as the experience of mold makers since 1991 ensure rapid and complete production runs.
The mass production and prototype molds are patterned in our injection molding machines and, if necessary, we assume the pre-series and series production of plastic parts.
