Hilmer CNC-Technik GmbH was founded on 01.08.1984 in Hannover by Peter Hilmer.



After moving to the Danziger Str 7 in Hannover we produce on an area of 1,500 sqm of parts for the craft and the industry.



Our 18-strong team specializes in items, 0-series, complicated geometrical workpieces and medium series.



In our fixture, we like to go to your wishes. We produce the necessary components and take over the assembly.

The constructed in-house tools range from simple support tools for low volume to high performance punching tools with automated periphery of its modular design allow stroke rates> 1000 rpm and ensure effective and economical production of large series.Consistent and continuous, the process accompanying tests by cross-linked CAQ system, inline 100% measurement using a camera system and an efficient quality assurance system, certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 and VDA 6.1, ensure a zero-defect production and thus the confidence our customers. To guarantee to the quality of our products optimally, we have the most modern Bruderer high performance stamping machines and Bihler punching, bending machines. Our machines with tonnage up to 50t allow us all materials used in the contact technology for both surface finish and blank to process up to 150 mm width and 2.5 mm band thickness. We produce according to the requirements of our customers stamping parts in bulk or taped, as individual parts or assembled components with Löt-/Schweiß- or rivet or metal-plastic composites.
