Services

The J. & G. Renzelmann GmbH (Renzelmann) comprises the divisions Werkzeugschleiferei and trade. The company offers a comprehensive supply of tools from the cutting and machining as well as related accessories. The expert advice for optimal use of the tools are vendor-neutral and on request also the customer's site.
Are offered a wide range of innovative tools and coatings. Renzelmann leads both brands leading brand suppliers as well as our own product lines with proven quality and outstanding value for money. Also develops and produces Renzelmann individual special tools according to customer or optimized the geometry of existing tools as needed.
Worn out tools put the well-trained and experienced staff accurately repaired. Both in making and repairing the computer-aided tool grinding machines (CNC) come with up to five axes for the course.With the help of minimal tolerances are maintained during processing. History

Founded back in 1954 by Irmgard and Johann Renzelmann primarily for machinery trade, the J. & G. Renzelmann GmbH developed in the course of its history to become a recognized expert in grinding technology which now has some 15 employees.
Since 1985, the Bremer family business is run by brothers Jürgen and Gerd Renzelmann. Also dates from the 1980s, the membership of the Technical Association of German precision tool grinder (FDPW), where Gerd Renzelmann as a board member already takes over 10 years of responsibility.
Meanwhile, with Mario Renzelmann already the third generation of the family entered the business.

We design and manufacture tools for plastic injection molding and die casting and devices of all kinds

The maximum disk size of the molds is approximately 500 x 500 mm. All the usual manufacturing processes such as hard milling, die sinking and wire EDM and electrode manufacturing done in the house.

We will gladly advise you even at the part design to find a priori technically feasible and affordable solutions.

All tools of our facilities are patterned in the connected molding department - of course with first article inspection report.

Our plastic injection molding parts can all commercially available thermoplastics PA, ABS, PC, PET, PBT, PS finished (except silicone and PVC). We have specialized in small precision parts. Maximum weight of parts: 220g

We carry out surveys, splash advantages and zero series as well (large) series for production.
