We are specialized in 3-axis milling, We are producer of stamping tools for automotive industry.

Also we design and produce tools for punching, welding station and device, mould for aluminium and plastic industry,

Our core competencies are cutting, stamping and bending with corresponding progressive dies, Einlegwerkzeugen and devices.
With our corporate sectors of stamping, tooling and logistics we cover the entire process chain from product development to delivery of the finished stampings off automatically.

We have stamping machines and eccentric presses with a tonnage of 4t to 630t. Hydraulic presses up to 160t bring our products in the form. We work according to requirements with plate from coil or from the board. But inlays complete our staff quickly and flexibly. Whether stainless steel, rolled sheets, copper or aluminum, coated or bare: We fulfill the requirements of our customers. Additional work such as washing the parts, heat or surface treatment, we cover with our reliable partners, of course, also decreases.

Our house tool handles not only maintenance and repair of equipment and the construction of tools. In modern CNC machines here arise the active parts that are previously constructed in our CAD workstations. We work throughout with SolidWorks and are capable of customers common 3D formats to process.

If you ship the goods, we can draw on our own fleet. A big advantage for us and our customers in a timely and, if required just-in-time to deliver. Neustadt (Orla) is Hermsdorfer Cross (A9/A4), the Leipzig / Halle airport is just an hour's drive-hour away.

MAGXYARMET is a well-known European supplier of ready-machined castings, which find their application in various engineering branches. The company has been producing high value alloy steel products since its foundation in 1981 and is nowadays the leading Hungarian investment foundry.

During the past decades the technology has been steadily improved and automated, the castings and components are produced mainly in small and medium sized series. MAGYARMET unites the accurate lost wax technology with a wide variety of materials: low-alloy steels, high-alloy steels (corrosion- and heat-resistant, dupley), war-resistant alloys, Nicke- and Cobalt-based alloys, bronze.

Our technology enables the production of castings weighing between 0,050 and 45 kg. The products of MAGYARMET are used in pumps and valves, instrumentation, food stuff processing, general and chemical engineering, petrochemistry, filtration and packaging equipment, automotive industry and other vehicles, medical equipments, big engine production, process and general engineering, construction etc.The bigger part of our products, approximately 75%, is exported to Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Austria, Spain, France, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Italy and the Netherlands.

The continuous development and the aim to satisfy the demands of various markets led MAGYARMET to start rapid prototyping. This technology joins together the high-tech laser printing technology and the exceptional development of MAGYARMET during several decades in precision investment casting. Rapid prototyping based on 3D printing makes it possible for customers to get the required part machined and ready-to-assemble within two weeks.
MAGYARMET offers full service and ready-to-assemble parts. Our machining shop currently has more than 20 CNC turning and milling machines, NC controlled key-seating machine and other conventional machines at service.
