NS Plastics Technology



The business is the processing of thermoplastic materials in the injection molding of technical moldings and their completion, the assembly of components and two-component injection molding.



The current number of employees is 160 people including management.



The machinery includes 35 machines with clamping forces ranging 350-15000 CN, with a maximum injection molded mass of 4 kg.

As a special technique are input and encapsulation of inserts, as well as two-and three-component methods. All machines are equipped with the necessary peripherals such as removal robots, feeders, material dryers and temperature control units.



For further processing, including assembly and hot-stamping.



The production is complemented by a powerful tool making, which is able to make any necessary changes and repairs to tools.
