Based on a practical experience in the field, Metal-Inov Engineering SRL can offer you mechanical processing services, CAD design, CAM processing. Our main activity is the CNC milling processing operations, on a vertical center with HAAS brand numerical control, with a working volume of 762x406x508mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.02mm.
The materials we usually work with are aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and in general any cutting material. Due to the knowledge in the field of computer aided design we can execute any geometric shape that can be transposed in CAD2D / 3D format, the parts can be made by 2D milling or by 3D milling (complex geometries / volumetry)
Together with our collaborators we can also offer surface treatments so as to deliver the ready-to-use parts.

About Andreas Liesner (business owner):

On 03.03.2023, Andreas Liesner laid the foundation stone for the company Metallbau Liesner in Raesfeld.
Before that, he successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at the world-famous transmission manufacturer in Bocholt. During his subsequent several years of employment in a Dutch mechanical and plant engineering company, he gained extensive experience in welding and assembly techniques during international assembly assignments.
For founding his own company, he earned the title of master metal construction craft in 2023.

During the start-up phase, the production location was changed twice. A significant milestone was the move to the new commercial property at Hüningsbreede 12 in Raesfeld on January 18 and 19, 2024.

Here we now have 420 m² of production space as well as additional office and social space. Thanks to this expansion, we now offer a wide range of services, including:

MAG and TIG welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminum,
mechanical processing (milling, turning, drilling, etc.)
Pre-assembly of individual components
Final assembly directly at the customer's site.

Thanks to the good team spirit and continuous training of our motivated employees, we achieve excellent quality and the highest level of customer satisfaction. In a future-oriented way, we are planning to constantly expand our young innovative company.

We are actually a metal construction company and this is where we focus. We run a small sawmill that cuts the raw material. Through the sawmill, we also have contacts with chippers here in the region, for example CNC turning and milling.
We also maintain good contacts with a laser company that can cut steel and stainless steel. In the steel sector we also have contacts with flame cutting. If you have found something in this network, simply register.
