The COHN coil springs + equipment manufacturing GmbH produced in a more than 70-year tradition not mass produced, but individual and small productions. An order therefore includes no more than 2-50 pcs in individual and small productions. But of this, our company also stands for the timely and detailed manufacture of the products.

Our company operates with 16 trained and quality conscious employees pure contract manufacturing and works in a two-layer system from 7:00 bis 23:00 clock.

We can provide finished parts with heat and surface treatments, working with contractors who treat the parts with the attention that Comec requires.

Our main activities regard:

•repairs and restorations of mechanical parts or machine parts, creating the design of the part if it is not available;

We can work with parts made of iron, cast iron, common, special, and stainless steels, and non-ferrous materials, including aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, and plastic products.

We can provide the mechanical pieces complete with heat and surface treatments:
- Hardening, induction hardening, nitriding, Tenifer processing, black nitriding;
- Chemical browning, manganese phosphating, electroless nickel plating, galvanizing, yellow tropicalization, and chrome and chromium nitride plating.

To simulate the manufacturing processes and formulate a quotation as precise as possible, we kindly request 3D drawings.

We are able to deliver any kind of mechanical parts or assembled units at the time agreed and with budget control, according to the technical specifications required by the costumer, starting from engineering drawings and a bill of materials in any format.

The maximum dimensions of the pieces that we can manage are mm. 1600x500x500.

We always have raw materials in stock such as 7475,7075,7050,2024, 17-4-PH, carbon steel etc.

We can perform either mechanical processing and dimensional control only or we can supply complete parts of SURFACE TREATMENTS.

As for the surface processes in Italy, our partners are Galvair, Metalsud and Tecnotrattamenti but we can also have the support of Galvatec in Spain and Mecacrome in France, with processes qualified by Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier etc.

We build special custom equipment.

For small series we are very fast in production. Our transport partner in Italy is GLS EXECUTIVE and in Europe it is DHL.
