The founding of CPM Drehtechnik GmbH & Co. KG was made in 1985 by Dipl.-Betriebswirt Hans-Dieter de Witt. First, the company consisted of a small production hall, in a CNC lathe and some drills were housed. Over the years the company has grown steadily. Today the company employs CPM Drehtechnik GmbH & Co. KG 50 employees in three shifts and has a modern CNC lathes Park with a total of 12 CNC lathes and conventional lathes, milling and drilling machines.

CP Tech GmbH from Büren has been part of the Nedschroef Group since June 2017 and focuses on innovative in-house products, engineering services, high-performance components and complete solutions for the automotive, motorsport and aviation industries. The focus of the corporate strategy is on the development of new mobility concepts, shaped by global trends such as e-mobility, lightweight construction, networking, sustainability and autonomous means of transport.
With around 210 employees, CP covers the entire value chain from development through project management, production and assembly to testing and validation of complete vehicles. The core competence of CP lies in the production of high-precision lightweight components from high-strength steels and the interaction of hand-held welding processes, heat treatments, mechanical processing, including the associated device concepts.

CRF is a manufacturer of mechanically engraved cylinders. The main products are engraved roto cylinders, used in printing flexible packaging in the food industry, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packaging, cigarette packaging, wallpaper, decorative paper, etc.
We also produce anilox cylinders from a metallic steel base, on which we can apply engraving or directly chrome for a prolonged use for the purpose specified by the customer.

Production of turned milled parts

The company Cruc Prodcom SRL was founded in 2005, and it is located in the south of Romania.
With an effective experience in the field for over 15 years Cruc Prodcom SRL offers services of CAD and CAM processing - computer assisted. Our main activity is processing operations CNC turning and milling(3 and 4 axis). The materials we work with are mainly aluminum, steel and generally any material that allows mechanica processing.

c.tec is a young and dynamic family business based in Oberboihingen (near Stuttgart, Esslingen, Göppingen, Reutlingen) in Baden-Würrtemberg.

We are happy to manufacture your subcontracts in the field of turning and milling.
We manufacture for you small, medium and larger quantities. We process steels, stainless steels, aluminum, other non-ferrous metals as well as most plastics.

We can produce in the milling area 3-, 4-, and 5-axis. It is turned on out on stable indexing machines from both the pole and singles in Ø5mm - 250mm.

Custom manufacturing
In view of our machine tools’ opportunity we can ensure the
manufacturing of high-precision parts and the processing of
small, medium and large workpieces. With our machines, which
are suitable for 2D, 2,5D, 3D and 5D cutting, we are able to
produce a wide variety of parts. For our technology we use
various 3D-models, which are made available in our
CAD/CAM-System by our customers, to increase our efficiency.
Prototype
Besides wage work, we undertake the initial manufacture of
individual prototype products, based on model or drawing,
machining optimatization including tools and technology. All
machined parts are delivered including 3D coordinate
measurement certificate.

Device manufacturing
Machining or measuring of complex parts may require various
devices, therefore our engineers strive to develop the simplest
yet most efficient devices. We have gained considerable
experience through creating our own devices, which we use in
single and series production. Our company undertake the
design, production and installation of hydraulic and pneumatic
devices as well.

Serial production
Our machine park is also capable of medium and large series
production according to market demands. In series production,
generally the most important tasks are the optimization of the
machining time and the reduction of the non-productive time.
During the processing we pay close attention to process safety
and the use of the Poka-yoke principle.
