In the year 2000 the company GILLES was founded to combine the passion for racing with technical knowledge and experience. This ended in the development and production of the first multivariable rearset, the AS31GT.
At the same time this rearset kick-started a dynamic company which today sells its wide product range worldwide.
Today GILLES is proud of being an original parts manufacturer for BMW Motorrad, Yamaha, KTM AG and Suzuki as well as having many more satisfied customers around the world.

Design, construction and simulation with CAD SOLIDWORKS are handled by a team of 7 employees. An ultimate load test rig and a 3-D printer are available to our engineers. Our in-house production has a variaty of CNC machines and CNC machining centres. Several of those are robot controlled and some are using a pallet system for the workpiece handling. Three laser workstations are used for doing all the laser engravings.

Our activity began in 1982 as a small family firm with high quality machineries TORNOS for eyewear industry and an important and long working experience in the Switzerland Ticinese: that is why the firm cares so much the details.

During the years Gismal increased its machinery park which is now formed by 45 automatic lathes like TORNOS a CAMMES ( M4,M7 with stop, R10 variostop and variocam) and by the last generation CNC lathes DECO 10 and DElta 20 that produce smaller series and /or samplings.

The high quality and the precision of details, due to a long period of experience in DECOLLETAGE, make our firm one of the most important in the market.

The small items are produced according to the drawing of the customer and they are made from bars from diam.2,00 mm till diam. 20,00 mm. The minimum PIN is 0,3mm.

Benefit from our years of experience in the field of CNC turning and milling technology, production and processing of special screws of various kinds and the mechanical processing on a contract basis.

If standard screws are no longer sufficient for the required applications, we provide the appropriate special screws. On standard parts we can make numerous adjustments:

• undercut
• Shorten
• transverse bore or longitudinal bore

We are happy to advise you on the design and dimensioning of the special screws.
