Stone walls operates near Rastatt. Our production range includes: CNC turning, CNC milling and drilling as well as friction welding of different parts with a batch size 10-50000 piece. We are known for our quality and on-time delivery performance and is striving to provide our customer's satisfaction. Some of our major customers keep us so for almost 30 years already loyal. We can cover a wide range of parts. We manufacture various Parts, among other things for the hydraulics, construction, shipbuilding, engineering, and automotive industries.

Our production portfolio consists of:

We produce on our 14 Index CNC - lathes, 6 Heller horizontal machining centers,
2 Kasto bandsaw, a wide range of parts with lot sizes ranging from 10 - 50000 pieces.

For over 20 years we have specialized in, among other friction welding.
In our production are currently 2 Kuka friction welding machines (30 tons)
with which we can weld different materials together, which makes a high material savings possible. It is one of the most secure connection method for the modern mass production.
