Miroglio & C. Company works in the precision mechanical field with CNC lathes and machining centres producing components, having a production range diameter from 4 mm up to 250 mm. Our company is specialized in working with high resistance special steel grades to supply a finished product (including grinding, heat treatment and surface treatment) to the end-user. Our design and production capabilities cover prototyping, small and medium series, and up to high volume quantities. We can also supply forged parts, both hot and cold, and extruded components through our partners to provide you with a full complete solution to your mechanical components requirements. Miroglio & C has been supplying directly to major industrial vehicles and automotive passenger vehicles. Our experienced Technical Staff, equipped with the CADCAM system, are able to provide feasibility studies and work with your Designers to co-design products at the most competitive costs. Miroglio & C is certified in according to the automotive norm IATF 16949 (ISO 9001), environmental and safety norms, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 and works with modern machineries to ensure the supply of high quality parts to its clients.

About Us:
Since 2003 we manufacture in our factory in Bangalore, India, precision turned and milled parts for numerous German and Indian companies. We achieve attractive unit cost reductions both in mass production and in small series and individual parts. We offer the cost advantages of the Indian site in German quality and reliability of supply - both your contact and the distribution center are located in Germany.

Range of services:
The range of our production ranges from welding, milling and turning to heat treatment, assembly and surface treatment. For production, we have a comprehensive machine available, including a wide variety of CNC precision turning and machining centers, which were imported from Germany.
For high-quality follow-up of parts such as hardening or anodizing and production as well as other steps that can not be realized in our home, we have a network of Indian suppliers available with which we have been working successfully for many years.

Logistics / customs clearance:
If you use our work in India for purchasing parts, you have nothing to do with the logistics - to the delivery of your order we will take care. We assume both the customs clearance as well as the logistics of your order, the transport is either via air or sea.

Mitech Werkzeugbau und Fertigungstechnik GmbH was founded in 2003.
Since we have retained the old proven team, which has been additionally strengthened by new, innovative personnel and new machines, we can guarantee the precision and reliable quality of our products. Due to the reorganization and modernization of our production workshop, the manufacturing spectrum has also increased.

MITEC S.R.L was born in 2009 from the evolution and decades of experience in the mechanical sector of the owner who after 30 years at the service of the family company chooses the technological renewal investing all of himself on his new adventure.

In a few years new numerically controlled lathes, vertical machining centers and injection molding machines for the molding of plastic materials are purchased; MITEC SRL is at the service of the largest companies in the surrounding area, gaining more and more trust and consensus thanks to its versatility that allows you to realize pre-assembled components and kits for different sectors: industrial doors, gates, sliding systems, packaging, automatic machines, industrial kitchens and medical.

MITEC S.R.L extends over a total area of 2,800 square meters of which 1,250 square meters of production area (2/3 production and 1/3 warehouse and offices) and the remaining loading / unloading area and courtyard.

Currently there are 12 employees plus 1 worker and 1 administrative assistant for a total of 14 employees.

MJCF is geared towards providing chipping machining solutions, especially for revolved parts in any type of material. It is also prepared to provide solutions for parts with a pre-shaped shape obtained by casting, injection, stamping, forging or other processes. We are equipped with a CNC turning center with motorized tools, C axis and Y axis, two bushings and 2 turrets, which allows us to execute complex parts with several operations. We also have extensive experience in precision machining as well as in the area of Quality.
