The AMA plant and machine Amberg GmbH is situated in the industrial area north of Amberg. Currently we employ about 110 highly qualified employees, who mostly also completed their training of skilled workers with us and have a long specific experience.

Since 1971 the Amberger tooling GmbH is your competent partner when it comes to the development and manufacture of tools for sheet metal forming.
Initially focused on the design and manufacturing of tools, has been expanded with the establishment of the Department of stamping technology in 1989, the process chain to the color matching in-house and series production.

We are an innovative metal design company in a family business that specializes in the construction of custom-made products. High-precision designs are created using advanced CAD programs. The wide spectrum ranges from impressive gates, garden entrance doors to artistic staircases and railings. In addition to functional elements, Amboxx also creates unique design furniture, including tables and other stylish furnishings.

In addition, Amboxx.de works closely with industrial companies and offers specialized solutions for their needs. The range of services includes precise sheet metal bending with CNC, the use of modern press brakes and qualified welding. The versatility of Amboxx.de is therefore not only reflected in aesthetically appealing designs for private customers, but also in the production of high-quality industrial components and sheet metal products.

The Group of companies includes its own production in plant construction and mechanical engineering in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Its products include welded parts and machining parts in the areas of waste incinerators (welding parts up to 80t - chutes, deslagger, air control), power plants, rolling mills, special plants, parts for cement plants, construction, fabrication and installation of air conditioning in plant (Refernzprojekt air piping MVA Wels Austria).

Since 1860 is Ammann AG in Switzerland for a high quality and efficient processing of steel through to the light metal. Ammann AG offers machining forging certified welding and
Shot peening.

For this specific know-how mix, the development of competencies, which we make available to our customers arise.

CNC MILLING
Ammann AG is your reliable partner for CNC machining - especially when it comes to parts with high quality standards. We produce pre-finished components from solid or from forged or cast blank. We machine with our Machining Parts, which have up to 1.2 cubic meters per side and are up to 1000 kg.

CNC machining with high cutting volume allows Ammann AG a very economical and precise machining. We are medium-sized and adapted to produce larger batches with the highest possible quality.

CNC TURNING
When CNC turning "off the shelf" parts are machined with a maximum diameter of 65 mm and a maximum length of 360 mm.

FORGING
Ammann AG is a traditional industrial company that produces high-quality in the weight range of 0.1 to 80 kg drop forgings. The company specializes in parts that are later exposed to a particularly heavy burden.

There are specific components manufactured for international companies in the machinery and plant in all steel grades up to the light metal.

CERTIFIED WELDING
For many years, operates Ammann AG welding at the highest level. For the development and manufacture of welded structures, which are later exposed to heavy loads, or must meet high safety standards, Ammann AG is your experienced partner.

The company is certified according to SIA 263/1 and EN 3834-2 H2. Welding according to DIN EN 15085-2 (CL1)
Rounds off the portfolio in the welding of components for rail transport.

After welding, the components are often not additionally treated mechanically.The combination of these methods allows Ammann AG a very versatile machining of components and assemblies

CONSOLIDATION RAYS
The Ammann AG has in the directed solidification of various components of practice-proven know-how and experience. Thus, developers and producers leave in motor racing at Ammann AG, to solidify heavy-duty transmission gears targeted. The parts are installed in Formula 1 and other motor sports car.
