Who are we?
EM-POLI LTD was created in Kystendil Bulgaria in 1995 as a trading company, supplier and distributor of domestic products for the construction industry. After creating a successful commercial network, we opened our first manufacturing facility. We gathered our team of engineers and set up a production line for paint rollers and hinges, which lead to excelling in all different types of metal fabrication adding many products to our portfolio with time. As our assets evolve, we started producing custom parts for many different industries.

What we do?
Our company offers assistance in manufacturing, assembly, final packaging and shipping of sheet metal products produced to client’s needs and desires. We design and manufacture the tooling needed for cost effective and fast production of the desired parts for our clients and supply them in time for their needs. All of our tooling is made by the highest standards using the best materials in order for get the precision and longevity needed for mass operations. We have successfully produced 3000000 parts in 2022, which needed more than 10000000 operations to complete.

What we have?
Our factory in based in Kystendil Bulgaria. We have a 8500 m2 facility for our production and warehousing operations. We have over 23 power presses, automation lines adapted with decoilers and automatic feeders for very low cost and high production operations.

Modern CNC machines for sheet processing of metal sheets by punch nibbling / shaping, lasers and flexible folding of this material are complemented by tailored joining, welding and assembly technologies.



The secret of our performance in terms of precision, speed of implementation and flexibility on the one hand, the direct coupling of this technology in our 3D CAD system Pro / Engineer and on the other the lived symbiosis of qualified craftsmanship and modern technology.



So we are not only able already to produce predefined products efficiently from small batches, but can offer our customers complex solutions to problems.



Surface Treatment business



With our self-developed powder coating line we are pursuing the goal of making new powder coating technologies are made accessible for the majority of the area. As a modern service company, we offer our customers factory coatings for components and structures up to a size of 12,000 x 3,200 x 2,400 mm (L x H x W).



Specially adapted and tested single and multi-layer technologies for components and structures made of steel, galvanized steel and aluminum provide solutions for both indoor as well as outdoor range up to the marine environment and for heavy corrosion protection.

Engineering and Machining precision is specialized in manufacturing and design of mechanical products which based on the use of CNC machine tools (8 Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes), as well as precision metal construction (Welding capacity: SMAW, MIG, TIG, ...), (20 welding stations Fronius), (Polishing equipment, sandblasting units, painting units, assembly units). EMP is EN9100 V2016 certified.

We have a high skilled and young team able to understand and to meed the higest level of customers expectation upon all standards of manufacturing and construction (ASME, ASTM, GE standards, RR standard....) and we are able to work with all kind of material both imperial & metric.
Today EMP have a good reference in flying part with AIRBUS Tier 2 and OEM (Engines) Licencies for Engine tooling & Ground Support Equipment . The main programs reference are: A380, XWB, LEAP 1A, LEAP 1B.......

The excellent Geostrategic location of Tunisia allow EMP to get order from all the world and export to any country with a good lead time.

The Team is around 200 Peoples most of them high Graduated with international qualifications. EMP have a perfect IT system to manage and control of all processes in real time.The Company headquarter in based in Tunis city (Near the the main Airport), we have a milling site in the same area and the construction activities is based in Sfax within 3 production sites.

EAD Engineering offers sheet metal processing and turnkey engineering solutions since 2004 with over 126 skilled and reliable employees. We offer electrical installation services to various projects.
The company offers design, production, delivery and installation of complex electrical equipment for the construction business, as well as, automation of production lines and equipment for the manufacturing industry. It also provides design, production, delivery and installation of PV projects and lighting equipment for industrial, street, office, and park applications.
We have our own Mechanical department that are equipped with machinery for work with sheet metal.

Being a manufacturer with traditions and experience, the company uses for its products state-of-the-art technologies, machines and materials, in order to offer to the market modern product lines of switchboards, metal cabinets and control panels.

The electrical switchboards, manufactured by Engineering Ltd., meet the requirements of all world norms and standards, and thus perfectly match the equipment built in them, so that to respond to all the specific needs of industrial, residential, public and administrative buildings. The company has been certified by the Bulgarian National Installation Union as an approved installer of electronics and automation systems – manufacturing, delivery, installation and maintenance.

Engineering Ltd. has received recognition as a producer of high-quality license by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC – France, for the production of “PRISMA ” type boards;
licensed panel builder of modular switchboard systems by LEGRAND– France; Validation Certificate to manufacture Distribution substations RM 6, issued by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC ;
