We are a company dedicated to the iron and steel sector, specialized in the manufacture of CNC components, we have a 3-axis machining center, a CNC lathe that includes a Y axis, as well as conventional lathes and mills, and always considering the possibility of incorporating new machinery. Our company stands out with expertise and years of experience in welding, adhering to high industry standards. Our production process is carried out according to established standards such as EN 3834-2, EN ISO 15085-2 CL-1, EN ISO 1090-2 EXC3. Welding of stainless steel, steel, and aluminum is conducted in separate halls, ensuring high-quality production in compliance with industry regulations.

With a total production area of 4000 m2, our facility includes welding halls where a team of thirty qualified and certified welders, supervised by an internal welding engineer (IWE), operates. Thanks to our large capacity, we guarantee prompt and efficient delivery of both individual and batch-produced items to our clients.

One of our factory's unique features is the ability to provide corrosion protection for welded products within the same facility, reducing the risk of damage during handling. We utilize advanced technologies such as painting and powder coating to ensure excellent anti-corrosion properties.

Metalpress is a subcontracting company, based in Verona – Italy, specialising in cold forming and deep drawing and in particular in the production of D-type and E-type dished ends.
We mainly process stainless and carbon steel through the use of mechanical and hydraulic presses.
Since 2007 we have been certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 guarantee full monitoring and traceability of the production process: from raw material ordering all the way to after-sales service.
In 2020 we also obtained AD 2000 W0 and PED 2014/68/EU certification for the processing of carbon steel for the production of dished heads.
