We specialize in production of iron in the following grades:

Cast iron: 200, 250, 300 and 350 according to PN/EN 1561

Ductile iron: 400-12, 400-15, 400-18, 500-7, 600-3 and 700-2 according to PN/EN 1563

Stable mechanical properties and low varied hardness of produced cast iron have a great impact on their suitability for structure components for all kinds of metal processing machines.

Officina Meccanica Cassanese Ltd. is a small company with 23 employees working in the field of subcontracting, from nearly 50 years. We produce precision metal parts, by the customer's technical drawing. We have about 40 machines used for the turning and 4 vertical machining centers for milling.
We work every type of ferrous material (AVP-AISI-SPECIAL STEEL) and non-ferrous (brass, aluminum, plastic).
The target sectors of our products are: automotive, industrial, power, railway, hydraulic, furniture and more. We are able to provide all superficial treatments, when required.

The goal of our planning was to establish an efficient and transparent work. This can only be achieved by all modern production aids such as FTS (driverless transport vehicles) are used in production. The environment takes a very high priority in our action. This is evidenced by a variety of measures, of which here are called only a few: the furnace exhaust air is cleaned before it enters via the roof to the outside. For this purpose, a so-called TNV (thermal oxidation) is used, in which the pollutants contained in the furnace exhaust air are oxidized at about 730 ° C. The resulting heat is recovered via a heat exchanger, the clean air is conducted to about 130 ° C into the open fireplace temperature (about 50-70 ° C lower than the furnace temperature). With the recovered hot water pretreatment is heated. Wastewater treatment is state of the art, with a high degree of wastewater reduction is achieved by cascading to the wash-up chemicals and return to the active zones. Appropriate measures oils and solids from the active baths pretreatment are not even in the waste water treatment - they are part again as raw materials (egAs zinc phosphate sludge) industry supplied.

The company OLEJÁR, spol. s r.o. was established in 2005 as a manufacturer of fiberglass products. Since 2008 it manufactures and installs tactile floor indicators, stair nosings, sanitary handles, Braille signs, anti-slip tapes and other products in the field of pedestrian navigation and safety.
