About us
Bay Metal is a sole proprietorship founded in 2015 by Kazım Bay. With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, our company has been providing customers with reliable and professional services since its inception and continues to develop every year.

Bay Metal's main activity is the production of specific transport racks for the automotive industry and its suppliers. In addition to transport racks, Bay Metal analyses the needs of its customers and manufactures appropriate storage systems. The company carries out sawing, drilling, bending, pressing, welding and assembly work in-house.
At the customer's request, the product is painted or galvanized as required.

Thanks to our flexible and practical production line, which we can design according to the needs and wishes of our customers, we respond quickly to customer inquiries. With our extensive and strong network connections, we deliver and install all required accessories for the transport racks (e.g. ratchet lashing set). The satisfaction of our customers fills us with joy.

company structure
Bay Metal is managed and managed internally by the family. Our family members, who specialize in their respective areas of expertise, supervise the management of the relevant departments and carry out the usual tasks themselves. There is an open and transparent flow of information between departments throughout the process. With 4 administrative staff and 12 production employees, we are continuing our activities with a total of 16 people.

As a young company in the middle of East Westphalia, we specialize in milling steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Our lean and efficient structures enable us to guarantee an attractive price-performance ratio and maximum flexibility. This enables us to react to unexpected situations at any time with the appropriate measures. Adherence to delivery dates and deadlines are a matter of course for us. With the latest machines, processes and procedures, we achieve the highest level of accuracy, quality and productivity. CAM programming and laser measurement guarantee us the highest precision and process reliability in production. Tight tolerances can be achieved in our quality control through an automated tactile measurement can be checked for dimensional and shape accuracy.

Our modern CNC milling machines enable us to economically manufacture your components in high quality with low tolerances.
Thanks to the high spindle speeds of up to 20,000 revolutions per minute, even the smallest geometries can be machined with a high surface quality. All manufacturing processes are digitally optimized in advance for quality and cost-effectiveness. The automatic process monitoring ensures consistent precision and quality even with larger series.
We manufacture according to 3D data in all common formats as well as according to drawings or sketches.
We are also happy to support you in designing your workpieces for machining.
We specialize in components with a size of up to 650 x 450 x 300 mm with a maximum workpiece weight of 800kg made of various materials (steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic).

Together with our partners, we are happy to implement surface refinement according to your requirements.

BCM MECCANICA SRL operates mainly for third parties, in the mechanical precision construction industry, ranging from the metallurgical industry, plastics, alternative energy (photovoltaic sector - wind), aircraft, space, wood and automations.
The expertise and experience acquired over time, combined with high professionalism of the staff, make our firm a dynamic and flexible to satisfy a very qualified customers. Specialized in milling and machining of precision parts, to any type of metal, it has numerical control machines to high technology. The range of production, into account work or in the supply, goes from small to medium series order, until the construction of complete groups consisting of electromechanical assembly also (depending on the demands of the customer). All this is to provide the customer the complete production cycle.

BdB Srl. is a third generation Italian family business based in Bologna.
Founded in 1958, BdB Srl specialized. on mechanical processing in the packaging and tobacco industry and works with well-known customers such as Ima and GD.
Today BdB Srl. through a high-quality and modern machine park, which - in addition to years of experience - guarantees high quality processing. This and a German contact for German customers make BdB a strong partner.

Our company was established already in 2003, when the company was entered in the commercial register. We deal mainly with the metal processing on CNC milling machines. For this activity we have the necessary technological equipment. We use modern technologies of processing on CNC machines. In 2007 we began working metal on CNC lathes offer.

The company at this time is 13 employees and is constantly developing.
