We are a medium sized company that deals with the casting and machining of aluminum products.

In our house create approximately 50 employees, from engineers on skilled workers to trainees in the departments Die-casting, grinding, machining, CNC machining, grinding, polishing, powder coating, printing and mounting, as well as ultrasonic machining with measurement, X-ray inspection and documentation .

Die cast aluminum

Sawing, grinding,

After casting sprues and risers are separated with log band saws. After the parts are tempered, meaning they are cured in convection ovens at 570 ° C and annealed at 180 ° C.

Powder coating

Here we wear electrostatically charged powder onto the workpiece that is subsequently heated in the oven and after cooling results in a solid coating of the workpiece.
The quality of the coating is ensured and documented checks of layer thickness, adhesion and resistance.

The company Helmut Eltner tooling GmbH is a family business.

They emerged from the company Koser & Eltner which was founded in 1966 by Hans Koser and Helmut Eltner in Main Valley / Wachenbuchen.

After the death of a shareholder, the company was taken over by Helmut Eltner 1982.

It soon became apparent that the old premises did not allow for necessary investments more. Therefore, a 3500m ² plot of land was purchased in 1989 in Kahl / Main and built a 800m ² building, which was purchased in 1990.

The company's founder and owner Hendrik Hilbring has been active since 1993 in the engineering field. After training as a machinist (specialized in turning technology) fell very early on the decision to undertake the training as a precision mechanic.
