Thermal processing is a vital part of any manufacturing process and
includes a variety of techniques and specialist engineering processes
which improve the properties of metals and alloys and extend the life
of components.
Without heat treatment aircraft engines would not last a single
flight and car gearboxes might only last a week – if you were lucky.
Without hot isostatic pressing the risk of catastrophic breakdown of
metal components would be far greater and the carbon footprint of
power stations would be dramatically higher. Without coatings,
construction fixings would rust away and thousands of everyday
objects would quickly lose their shine.

BOES GmbH Präzisionsstanzteile manufactures stamped parts, drawn parts, bent parts and stamped grids from stainless steel, unalloyed steels, all common non-ferrous metals and their alloys. We also manufacture plastic-injected stamped parts, so-called hybrid parts. Our manufacturing capabilities are for material thicknesses between 0.05- 6 mm, with a pressing force of up to 250 tons.

We finished with an emphasis milling 3-5achsig, 120x tool changer, with Roboterbeladung.Einzelteile to medium series 30000 parts pa, complete machining incl hardening, grinding, plated surfaces. Simple rotating parts (special screws according to the drawing) are produced upon cam-type turning machines up to 12mm diameter..

Processing methods:
-Our machinery enables the complete machining of complex turned parts up to 20 mm in diameter on the latest CNC lathes.

We produce precision turned parts, machining parts, short turned parts, turned parts and small micro turned parts in large series as well as in small series.

Even sophisticated deep holes can be produced. Simple rotating parts (special screws according to the drawing) are on winding confess. Lathes to 12 mm in diameter made (Strohm, Tornos).

On Francesco ring turning machines, we can produce pins, axles, shafts, etc.

Materials:
We process steel (free cutting steel, hardened steel, hardened and tempered steel) and Edelsthl (1.4104, 1.4105, 1.4016, 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4404, 1.4435, etc.) and non-ferrous metals, copper, brass (special brass), aluminum and titanium.
