Casspos a. s. offers production components made from sheet metal according to customers requirements:
- in wide range from small scale to products with max. dimensions 4 m.
- thickness from 0,5 to 20 mm
- with max. total weight 3,5 t.
In technological terms we can offer you:

Cast-Con Engineering GmbH & Co. KG (CCE) designed to optimize specific container solutions in the entire iron and steel industry (metallurgy) in the slag disposal for steel works, shaping of semi-finished products such as AL / Zinc / Lead ingots and exchange-oriented block formats and delivers these constructions (steel - and cast iron alloy) up to a weight of 150 t.

In the field of machine and plant engineering steel castings up to 150 tons unit weight, supplied cast iron GGG up to 15 tons unit weight, GG to 100 tons unit weight according to the customer in raw, processed before editing or pre-finished version.

Weldments (tank and plant) CCE provides up to a weight of about 70 tonnes.

C. C. F. O. proposes:

Since 1997 we have been a successful supplier for the German and international automotive and supplier industry. Because of our equipment, we cover the entire value chain, starting with the development / design to tool up to the complete production scope starting.

In our advanced ABB robot systems with Fronius CMT welding technology, we are able to process location even the most demanding welding tasks for our customers. The quality of the welds are testing in our own laboratory according to customer requirements. The processing of aluminum and a virtually spatter-free welding is possible for example.

For the machining of complex Umformgeometrien, even using high-strength steels such as Docol 800 stands us our extensively equipped press shop available. The manufacturing capabilities include, among others bodywork and seat structures, components for exhaust technology and holder. Our own tool guarantees the highest quality. All forming processes are to previously protected by a forming simulation.

For the production of pipe and wire bending parts we have our own machinery for smaller lot sizes. For larger quantities, we have a network available.

CEL Group operates UK based limited companies located in Telford, Shropshire skilled in sub-contract sheet metal work, assembly work, warehousing and logistics. China manufacturing is located with two 250,000 square foot facilities based in Guangzhou and Shanghai with warehousing facilities in Poznan, Poland.


China Enterprise UK Ltd – operates two modern 250,000 square foot manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou and Shanghai, China. Our premise is to take sub-contract customer manufacturing to China to reduce costs and improve bottom line customer profits.

In-house manufacturing in China includes sheet metalwork & tubular manipulation, pressed parts & tooling, turned parts, full fabrication facilities, welding, plastic injection moulding & tool making as well as assembly lines for final assembly & electromagnetic integration. We also offer product consolidation for onwards shipping.

We are fully ISO 9001 certified and hold approval certificates for many large OEM’s globally.
We also hold both import and export licenses for China.
We ship product to the UK, Australia, USA, France, South Africa, Poland, Japan, Holland, Ireland……

We handle and control all engineering and manufacturing processes as detailed above, all consolidation and shipping details and duty payments. Our prices reflect this service. We offer to carry a UK stockholding against customer order, deliver and operate customer kanban systems or direct to line call offs as well as direct shipping if preferred.

Interface on any level would be with staff in Telford as we have UK engineers continuously working within the factory in China.
We feel we are a unique business in offering a sub-contract manufacturing service from China.


CEL Sheetmetal Ltd - offers customers the best of both worlds – solely UK manufactured sheet metal parts plus the potential to prototype and product develop for customers. We can then offer the option to transfer builds to our factory in China as well as continuing to supply solely UK manufactured parts.

In-house capabilities include Laser cutting (including a new state of the art 5kw Trumpf laser cutting centre), CNC Punching, Tubular Laser Cutting and tubular manipulation, CNC Press braking plus all onwards fabrication capabilities.

As with our China business we offer to carry a stockholding against customer order and deliver and operate kanban systems or direct to line call offs as required.


CEL Logistics – is the distribution arm of the Group with the capability to delivery customer orders countrywide to required delivery schedules, run kanban and direct to line systems for customers as well as acting as a logistics hub for our China factories for onwards consolidation and customer distribution.
