Milling and turning parts:
From the simplest milling and turning parts to complex 5-axle parts we produce for you drawing accessible to a component size of 750x500x500mm. Turned Dmax = 300 and 1000mm long.

CAD / CAM technology:
You need to record-oriented parts or prototypes? Benefit from our experience in "rapid prototyping". Thanks to the latest CAD / CAM technology, we are without markings produce complex shaped parts in the situation.

Mold making and injection molding:
From the prototype (from the full milled) to the finished part series we can offer you everything from one source. We will send you sample parts for example, aluminum or accept for the design and manufacture of injection mold including patterning.

Our company started in 2001 with the principles of success and continuity in production, quality and honesty in service.
With our experienced specialist staff, we have been active in automobile and cast model making for many years.
We also produce small and large parts in series production for the automotive industry and specific spare parts for the steel industry.

At the end of 2017, the company was reorganized and staffed in order to be active in more sectors. In this context, our company continues to operate without any loss of quality in the production of polystyrene molds, aluminum injection molds, plastic injection molds, rubber molds, sheet metal molds and parts printing with its casting model area.
One of our partner companies can produce up to 20 tons of machine housings/castings.
Series parts are produced using a 750-ton extrusion press.

ARRK Shapers Polska is a mold making company in Bydgoszcz with 200 employees. ARRK Shapers makes tools from 6-8 tons up to 50 tons. This involves a wide variety of visible components in the interior and exterior as well as technical parts of all sizes. h2> Die-cast zinc /h2>

On our 20 PLC-controlled casting machines we manufacture zinc products from the zinc alloys Z 410 and Z 430 according to DIN 1774, primarily for the furniture and window industry, but also for other areas of application.Is produced with modern machinery that has a clamping force of 50 tons and are on the current state of technology. Because of our size we produce machinery parts up to about 500 g and a length of about 250 mm.



For further processing of these parts are



* Drill, cut, thread cutting, deburring, trovalieren

* Finishing (yellow chromating, blue chromate, silver surfaces / chrome-6-free, nickel, black zinc coating, KTL coating ...)

* Packaging (cardboard, octabins, bags, plastic packaging, wire baskets ...)



according to customer requirements.



h2> Plastic Injection Mould /h2>

Various plastic injection parts, inter alia, for the window industry are manufactured on 6 injection molding machines. Is produced with modern machinery that has a clamping force of 50 tons and are on the current state of technology.



The plastic parts range from 1 g to 200 g piece weight.We process plastics such as PP, PS, ABS, PA6, PBT, POM and Megol. The packaging and logistics is done according to the customer.



h2> Mould /h2>

The molds for zinc and plastic parts are designed and manufactured in-house tool. The design department works with the CAD system (AutoCAD 2004 and Inventor 8) and the CAM system (MasterCam 9). It can take place a data exchange formats such as on DWG, DXF, IGES, Step and satellite.



All initial samples are measured by us and upon customer a first sample test report is created. The forms must be kept for safety in a special fireproof storage room.



The machinery consists of five CNC milling machines (max. 500 x 400 mm), four manual and four controlled die sinking machines and various machine tools.



By the trained in-house young we always expand (annual) our team in tool making.
