FESP MOLD SRL was founded in 1997 by Dario and Carlo Chiampesan who, after a decade of experience in the production of molds for jewelery,
they founded FESP MOLD SRL exclusively for the production of molds for plastic products.

Mold construction
FESP MOLD SRL molds are made of tempered steel. They are characterized by the multi-cavity, the high production in the hot chamber,
the use of nozzles and shutter systems or with sequential closure.
Our products are distinguished by internal handling technology, trolleys, unscrewing and inclined rods.
The steels, normalized and other components of the mold are purchased from the most important European companies and the molds are accompanied by certificates.

CNC turning for the highest standards:
By manufacturing on modern CNC machining centers supplemented by conventional lathes, we can cover a very large machining area and a wide range of applications.

CNC milling with up to 5 axes
For the CNC milling of materials such as steel, aluminum, brass or plastic are available according to requirement 3 - or 5-axis machines. For the preparation of special forms, single pieces or prototypes conventional milling tool additionally be used.

Technical engraving
The use of CNC engraving machines enables us to flexibly, quickly and accurately translate customer requirements. PRODUCTION

FIMAGO is specialised in casting of aluminium components, using the automatic PLC gravity casting technology, with full respect of customers’ needs and quality standards. Three various-sized casting machines allow us to produce different types of castings in shape and weight, from 0,1 – 5 kg. The materials used are EN certified primary or secondary aluminium alloys, currently available on the market.

At Fimtech we cast aluminium components with full respect for our customers' needs and quality standards. We who are Finkernagel GmbH a company based in Upper Bavaria medium-sized company and produce pre-finished parts, from material procurement to the entire range of machining complete processing to heat and surface treatment and final assembly.

Our products are manufactured on the latest CNC lathes and CNC milling machines (CNC machining centers). We produce turned parts with a diameter of 1 mm to 300 mm and a length of 1 up to 1,000 mm. The possible operating range of our Frästeile goes from the smallest parts up to a length of 2,000 mm.
