With our currently 50 employees we produce technical thermoplastic parts made of reinforced and unreinforced plastics in 1K and 2K processes. Our injection molding machines include tonnage sizes with clamping forces of 25 t. up to 350 t.
In addition to the production of technical injection molded parts, the production of the associated injection molding tools is part of our service portfolio.
Change requests of the customers are not a problem for us, because we have our own construction in addition to our toolmaking.

We are a small company that produces individual parts and small series according to customer drawings. Our machine park includes a Weiler CNC lathe, like a Chiron milling machine. Both machines have a tool capacity of 12 tools. We can produce turned parts up to Ø42mm and milled parts of 300x250x150mm. Customer service and quality are very important to us. We have short delivery times and a high level of quality awareness. We look forward to your inquiries.

We are a family-owned and in CNC milling active. We specialize in CNC milling of prototypes and small series.

We machine all materials such as aluminum, steel, brass, or plastics. Our largest CNC milling machine has maximum traverse of 1200x600x700mm. To control our machines we use CAM software (SolidCAM and hyperMILL). This enables us to produce complex components in the shortest possible time.
