HISTORY
The craft business, founded in 1961 by Mr. Johannes Richter Senior, has been successfully continued and expanded by Mr. Peter Richter to this day.
Our company has been located in the GADA / Bergkirchen industrial estate since 2009.
In 2013 we were able to name Mr. Stefan Frank alongside Mr. Peter Richter as managing director.

ORGANIZATION PLACE: GERMANY- Order logistics and deliveries through our own group transports up to twice a month. Goods are delivered with a German invoice, without further or hidden costs.
PRODUCTION LOCATION- Bosnia and Herzegovina, EX-YU Läder
MANY POSSIBILITIES- We combine our own production with our subcontractors' capacities in a pure source. Parts are carefully checked and only then delivered!
STORAGE- In Germany (75417 Mühlacker) we can store any batches in advance, check them again and deliver at short notice!
EXPERIENCE- Long-standing (over 20 years) experienced employees in various manufacturing processes. We have been delivering to our German customers for over 5 years.
RESPONSIBILITY- Goods we deliver are insured, but we always accept sensible complaints and find a solution that suits everyone! Over 30 companies in Germany procure goods from us.

MRE - PHN is a French group specialized in plastic injection (PP, PA, POM, ABS, PC ...) and overmolding (Rubber, PVC, Elastomer ...).

Our two production sites in France and Romania produce and deliver our customers all over the world. We cover all the process from design to delivery since 1908.

Our company is made up of specialists in the field of plastic injection molding and software development in the field of technology. For every component and every idea, we develop a solution with you and thus achieve the goal quickly. Our team is constantly evolving and so we go the “no way is not possible” path.

The company Plastec was incorporated in 1998 and it has become a heavyweight in the plastics-processing industry in the meantime. Plastec makes its know-how, experts and technology available for the most different requirements: ranging from the development up to the production of plastic articles at the highest level.
Plastec operates customer-oriented to provide organizational, temporal and financial relief to each customer. This is guaranteed through a quick and professional project sequence of the highly motivated team.

The performance spectrum includes:

- Article design (development)
- Tool design and construction of prototypes and series tools
- Erection of machines and peripheral equipment
- Production acceptance of the entire plant
- Manufacture of customer-specific articles
- Sampling and optimization (internal/external) of new and injection molding tools unsafe for the process
- Reporting after completion of the project; installation, training and supporting the staff on the spot.

MUCELL Technic- and Service-center:
In cooperation with the company Trexel Inc. in the U.S.A., Plastec has erected a pilot plant for customer-specific applications. The MuCell® process permits shorter cycle times, material savings, reduced injection pressures and closing powers. Due to the lower closing powers many components can be manufactured on smaller machines than before. The following quality aspects have been improved: distortion, sink marks and internal tensions. Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far.

TOOL MANUFACTURING:
Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required. All prototypes are incorporated cost-effective in the parent molds, only shaping tool components are exchanged.
Plastec manufactures prototypes and series tools up to a size of approx. 400 x 400 mm.
