PMP Meccanica is a company headquartered in Lippo di Calderara in the province of Bologna, which was founded in 1961 starting to stamp sheet metal. With years the experience increases and to reduce the time of delivery and external machining PMP Meccanica starts to gear up internally for the production of molds refining the quality. Gradually this part of tooling evolves allowing also the production for other customers expanding its scope to pieces for multiple sectors such as aeronautical, medical, packaging, and sintering powders.
Today, thanks to a cutting-edge machinery and capable staff, PMP Mechanics is a leader in the field of precision mechanics and in the normal and semi-fine blanking.
Currently PMP Meccanica employs 50 people of which 30 are engaged in the tooling branch and 20 in the blanking.
The mantra and backbone of PMP Mechanics has been always the thought of the founder Marziano Pancaldi ie "We can build all that we can measure."
It is therefore evident the necessity to have a constant quality control during the whole production process to ensure the quality of the product and the tolerances required by the Customer.

POLIFORM started in 1979 as a private, family operated mould-making workshop. In 1990 it evolved into a private enterprise assuming the new name of POLIFORM d.o.o.
(Limited Liability Company).

- Located in Valjevo, company's private property consists of 1500 m² of production and administrative facilities.It includes a mechanical metal cutting workshop and a thermoplastics processing workshop.

- Our basic activity is the production of moulds for the injection of plastic mass under pressure. We produce moulds according to the sample, our own documents or the buyer's documents.

- We have produced over 400 moulds so far. Maximum dimensions of the mould which we can produce are 1000X800x800 mm.

According to our technological possibilities, we produce spare parts and assemblies based on the buyer's documents and the parts for special purposes

We own machines for the injection of plastic mass with the capacity from 60 to 1600 gr.
- We use the tools of our own construction and workmanship. The annual capacity of the plant for the processing of plastic mass is about 120.000 kg.

Already in its third generation, we deal with the processing of plastics. Our motto is: Satisfied customers are the best capital

WE have

- State of the art thermoforming equipment for the production of all thermoplastics from 0.1 to 12 mm thickness up to a size of mm 1500x2500x700

- Any post-processing option, of course, are also CNC controlled milling machines available

- Can be developed its own tool using the latest CAD / CAM technology, with solutions based on a 3-D model.

With our modern equipment we are able already a concept for the required transportation to work, although the packaged component is not yet physically existent, but is only available in the form of CAD data.
