The goal of our planning was to establish an efficient and transparent work. This can only be achieved by all modern production aids such as FTS (driverless transport vehicles) are used in production. The environment takes a very high priority in our action. For this purpose, a so-called TNV (thermal oxidation) is used, in which the pollutants contained in the furnace exhaust air are oxidized at about 730 ° C. The resulting heat is recovered via a heat exchanger, the clean air is conducted to about 130 ° C into the open fireplace temperature (about 50-70 ° C lower than the furnace temperature). With the recovered hot water pretreatment is heated.
