The stable roots of Josef Hafner GmbH go back 60 years. Since then, the company has not only grown steadily, and the know-how has been expanded constantly critical.

We are an industrial and commercial agency with direct suppliers and production facilities in Poland, Czech Republic, China, Italy, Taiwan, India, Turkey and Germany.

Our customers are offered everything they need within our group of companies, all in one basket: from development and project management via the production of tools for plastic and metal fabrication, through to manufacturing the parts.

In this way we closely co-operate with our customers in developing functional structural plastic and metal components on the basis of the design, thereby achieving an optimum combination between plan, design, manufacture, and cost structure.

The integrated possibilities have enabled us substantially to shorten the project run up to the point of series production. The systems Pro-engineer and Catia, available to our staff, permit the creation of structural components and tools, "in one casting" as it were.


Injection Moulds Our staff in the individual manufacturing areas have state-of-the-art technologies and most up-to-date machines (such as 12-wire and 15-wire cavity sinking EDM machines) at their disposal. In producing moulds with a guaranteed number of shots, especially for the automobile industry and consumer electronics, our dictum is precision and quality.

This holds true for injection moulds, diecasting, duroplastic, two-component, rotating, transfer and insert/outsert moulds, just as much as it does for two-colour moulds, combinations of hard and soft plastics, automatic wire leads, in-mould decoration, and precision gear wheels.

Rapid tooling with the aid of our EOS metal sintering machine M250 Extended makes it possible to produce mould inserts for injection moulds and prototype tools within a very short time.


Eighty moulding machines in Vienna and Hungary, with a clamping force of between 25 and 1,100 tons, offer all the possibilities of manufacturing moulded, thermosetting and duroplast, gas-injection moulded, two-component moulded, insert and outsert moulded, as well as in-mould decoration parts.

Our machines are equipped with automatic robot systems, and automatic packaging lines complement the production line.

Vienna: 3-shift operation / technical products and precision parts with a mould clamping force of up to 500 tons,

Hungary: 4-shift operation / technical products and design parts with a mould clamping force of up to 1,100 tons.


Your plastic parts are coated in three fully automated painting lines on a water-soluble basis (single-component or two-component coating).

Your metal parts are electrostatically painted, from the smallest parts up to housing coatings for consumer electronics.

With the additive manufacturing of 3D-printing metal (SLM, Laser-cusing®, DMLS etc.) we offer you a production technology that is no longer used only in prototype production. This process offers completely new possibilities where conventional processes such as laser cutting, turning or milling reach their limits.

This is a process that is used exclusively for the production of metal. As with 3D printing, the components are built up by layer-by-layer build-up and fusion of metal powder; the component has almost identical mechanical properties to the original material.

Kreutz & Mock is a medium-sized company and the leading manufacturers of wire bending parts of all types. With over 3000 different articles we can offer our customers a wide and diverse range of different wire products. The necessary machines for the production are developed and built in-house by our own engineering department which gives us the possibility to always be flexible according to our customer's needs.

It all began with Cleophas Lang...
Shortly after the war, Cleophas Lang founded Lang Metall und Vertriebs GmbH in Munich near Ostbahnhof. The company's main business was chrome-plated parts for the automotive industry.

In the 1960s, around 130 people were already employed and the company moved to Korbiniansplatz in the north of Munich.

In 1974, the company moved into new production facilities at its current location for around 50 employees.

In 1992, Lang Metallwarenproduktion Neubrandenburg GmbH was founded in Woldegk. An old plant near Webasto AG was purchased and rebuilt according to modern criteria. Since 1993, stamped parts and drawn parts for industry have also been manufactured in Woldegk.

In 2011, we received the MAN Truck and Bus Supplier Award for our commitment.

Webasto honoured both companies with the International Supplier Award in 2012.

In 2016, the company in Woldegk became a finalist in the Grand Prix for SMEs.

Lav.in is one of the most structured metal structures in its field (currently it has more than 140 employees and insists on a covered area of over 13,000 square meters, with the possibility of making a warehouse);
It is well equipped. Inside, in addition to 4 laser cuts, 1 punching machine, 16 bending machines, 3 calenders, separate welding departments between stainless steel and ferrous materials with 12 workstations, department with assembly line, satin finishing department
and polishing, there are also 1 combined laser cutting-punching machine,
2 fiber laser cutting (cheaper up to 50% compared to traditional cuts
laser), 1 automatic panel bender, 1 semi-automatic and 1
automatic 4-roll cnc calender. We supply the product including surface treatments. In addition, we have 2 trucks and 2 vans to make deliveries and optimize them
times. Our production is mainly oriented to the realization of pre-assembled and assembled for the sectors: naval, furnishing, professional, medical and stoves. Furthermore, we make kitchen hoods and professional ovens;

THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED IN 2004 AND IT WORKS IN THE

C. Melchers & Co. was established on January 1, 1806 in Bremen, where the global company still maintains its headquarters to this very day.

In the first few decades of the company’s history, over 30 ships sailed the oceans of the world under the Melchers flag, linking the ports of Europe, America and the Pacific.

In the 1860s, C. Melchers & Co set up operations in Asia, where all its trading interests swiftly moved. At the same time, with the onset of steam ships, it abandoned its own shipping business to devote itself entirely to extending its trading operations.

1866 saw the establishment of the first branch in Hong Kong, in the wake of which China began to develop into a key lynchpin for the company’s business. The ensuing decades were a period of rapid growth for Melchers in China, with over 2,000 people employed at 12 branches and plants throughout the country.

The First World War proved to be a setback for business relations, although business quickly recovered. It was not until the end of the Second World War in 1945 that business came to an almost complete halt. Even so, the company continued to survive, re-opening its first branches in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur in the early fifties and gradually extending its branch network across Asia.

Following the opening of the Chinese markets at the end of the seventies, Melchers set up branches here again, underscoring the significance of Chinese business for the company.

With the establishment of a branch in San Francisco in the early eighties, the company also started to engage in US-Asian trade so as to gain a share of the rapidly growing trading relations between these two regions.

Trade with China remains a key focus of the company’s overall business, comprising as it does imports of special natural products and finished goods on the one hand and exports of plant, machinery and supplies for the Asian industry on the other. Yet, business with South East Asia has since also come to the fore, with the company amassing broad-based expertise in marketing and selling consumer goods in particular.

There are special departments for each article group in Bremen as well as at the foreign branches. They work largely independently within the overall company and are staffed by highly qualified experts. Over 1,000 employees in Germany and abroad assist customers and suppliers with their specialist knowledge. Rather than being based at the company’s headquarters, most of these employees are now stationed at subsidiaries, something which in turn reflects the company’s further development and the strategic alliances which it has forged.
