For over 40 years, our 75 qualified employees have been providing creative plastic ideas, individual productions and comprehensive solutions — everything from a single source on request.

The company's own development/design, toolmaking, injection molding and assembly departments guarantee customers consistently high quality.



In our production, we process almost all common and known thermoplastics and elastomers. These include ABS, EVA, PA, PC, PE, PEI, PMMA, POM, PP, PS, PVC, TPE and TPU.

Thanks to our work for a wide variety of industrial sectors, we have considerable know-how in the processing of technical plastics.



In the 2-component process, a hard component (plastic) is combined with a soft component (elastomer) to form a composite part in a joint synchronous process.

This process allows the physical properties (strength, weight, etc.) of materials to be optimally combined.

We are suppling thermoplastic parts around the world for 50 years ago. We are specialized in technical parts for medium and high volume thanks to our fully automatizated system with a centralized feeding of raw materials and robots in each injection moulding machine. Our fully automated production process and optimised structure allow us to offer a highly competitive price and a flexible and responsive service.

We have hydraulic and electric injection moulding machines that are technologically advanced and among the leading brands in the sector, up to a clamping force of 450 tonnes.

We basically work in the automotive, household appliances, electrical, electronics, transmission and other precision products sectors for various industries.

We have two production plants (Barcelona and Borges Blanques) with a production area around 15,000 square metres.

We are a family business which has focused on the production and assembly of high quality plastic molded parts. In this regard, we also have core competences in the area of design, development, tooling and prototype construction. As a family business, all areas or tasks, eg from order processing to production and quality assurance, are closely interlinked. This guarantees a smooth production process and thus can respond to specific customer requests.

Our centerpiece, the "plastic injection molding", was rebuilt on the "green meadow" in 2016/2017 and expanded with state-of-the-art technology. We currently have 31 injection molding machines with a clamping force between 35t and 120t.
Furthermore, we are distinguished by the fact that we have been active in the toy industry for at least 15 years and as an A-supplier as an automotive supplier. Starting with thermoplastic foam casting over complex technical, micro and / or small parts and clear parts to assembly assembly, we can show plenty of experience. The production is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.

ZEIKOS GmbH is a service provider in the field of industrial 3D printing from individual parts to series production. We work with PA, silicones and transparent plastic.
Our advantage is that we can solve problems for our customers because we are both a design office with a small mechanical workshop and we have a network of manufacturing partners.
We specialize in producing your printed parts with series finishes. From medical surfaces to surfaces for outdoor use.
In addition, we can support you with the construction or simply with the data transfer for 3D models.

We are a manufacture plant based in Bagnatica (Bergamo), North Italy, at about 60 km from Milan and with a strategical position in the "middle of Europe" with an easy connection with all the European countries.
We are experts into manufacture (injection moulded) of packagings.
Our customers are mainly from the following sectors: private and public hospital, waste collectors (packaging for clinical or hazardous waste) and industry (packagings for food & non food goods) with a predilection for the international markets (B2B and B2C customers).
We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 approved.
Finally the company is investing a large part of his R&D activity into recycled plastic application for hazardous waste packagings and industrial packagings too.

AB PRECISION produces mold equipment and non-standard equipment and details upon customer’s request. The projects we complete are unique for each client.
