GPP (Global Precision Printing) provides FDM 3D printing with CFF technology. “Composite Base” • Onyx is a micro carbon fiber filled nylon. It’s best for applications in which flame retardancy, light weight, and strength are required. • Onyx ESD is a static dissipative safe variant of Onyx — meeting stringent ESD safety requirements while offering excellent strength, stiffness, and surface finish. It’s best used in applications that require ESD safe materials. • Nylon White parts are smooth, non-abrasive, and easily painted. They can be reinforced with any continuous fiber and work best for non-marring work holding, repeated handling, and cosmetic parts. • Smooth TPU 95A is a rubber-like material that when used with Markforged composite printers offers product developers and manufacturers the ability to create flexible, impact-absorbent parts on demand. • Precise PLA is our easy-to-print plastic for precision concept modeling and validation. Based on the most common 3D printing prototyping material, Precise PLA 3D prints without warping and comes in a variety of colors. Best of all, it’s affordable. So you can use as much as you need to fine-tune your designs before implementation. “Continuous Fiber“ • Carbon Fiber has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of our reinforcing fibers. Six times stronger and eighteen times stiffer than Onyx, Carbon Fiber reinforcement is commonly used for parts that replace machined aluminum. • Fiberglass is our entry level continuous fiber, providing high strength at an accessible price. 2.5 times stronger and eight times stiffer than Onyx, Fiberglass reinforcement results in strong, robust tools. •Kevlar® possesses excellent durability, making it optimal for parts that experience repeated and sudden loading. As stiff as fiberglass and much more ductile, it can be used for a wide variety of applications. • High Strength High Temperature (HSHT) Fiberglass exhibits aluminum strength and high heat tolerance. Five times as strong and seven times as stiff as Onyx, it’s best used for parts loaded in high operating temperatures.

Liegau-Augustusbad is located in the vicinity of Dresden/Saxony, with perfect logistical connections to the motorway and Dresden airport. The Company’s manufacturing area is around 26,000 square metres and has been producing a wide range of moulded rubber components since the early 1900s. As a result, we have gained extensive knowledge in the field of rubber processing and parts manufacturing. Due to the fall of the DDR, the Company was later privatised in 1991, with large investments made in a more modern manufacturing process and extension of the machine park. The KET has currently around 50 highly skilled and motivated employees, enabling us to work a 3 shift system in order to fulfil our customer’s needs, whether it’s a Simple form or a complicated Moulding, we aim to please. At our sites in Kornwestheim,and Mosbach we manufacture technical plastic injection molded parts both in large series with annual quantities of over 1 million pieces and small series with annual quantities of 1000 pieces. Efficient production lines always guarantee you the best price. The required injection molds are manufactured in our own mold shop or ordered from our network of German and Chinese mold makers. Metal parts to be overmolded are mostly purchased from our sister company located 30km away. Our customers therefore receive their plastic parts directly from one source. On modern plastic injection molding machines we produce plastic injection molded parts from all thermoplastic materials with a weight of less than one gram up to 3kg. As an injection molding specialist, we process almost all conceivable plastics for the production of technical plastic parts. A high degree of automation of our injection molding process allows us to produce molded parts in small, medium as well as large quantities within our injection molding shop. A large portion of the injection molding machines are equipped with robotic systems and material feed conveyors. Machinery: We use only high-quality ARBURG and DEMAG injection molding machines for the production of your plastic parts. In total, we have access to a capacity of more than 25 injection molding machines. Injection molded parts can be produced with a part weight of 0.1g to 3000g. Injection molding machines are available for this purpose at the Kornwestheim, and Mosbach locations with clamping forces of 20- to 1300-tons. Injection molding materials: We can process almost any plastic material ("molding compound") in our injection molding machines. All common raw materials, such as ABS, PA, PE, PP, PET, PMMA, PC, POM, PS, ASA, SAN, TPE (in various shore hardnesses) but also high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PVDF, PSU as well as bioplastics and WPC (wood-plastic compounds) with wood content of up to 70%. Of course, all individual colorings are possible as well as the equipment with various additives (UV resistance, antistatic, etc.), fillers (glass fiber or glass ball) and of course also in V0 equipment (fire protection and glow wire resistance).
