Unger GmbH & Co KG was established in 1932. Founded by our "company father" Bruno Unger in Leipzig. Having described ourselves as a traditional company for a long time, a completely new production and administration facility was built in the Hellerwald industrial zone in 1986. We are clear about what we have to offer: Decades of experience. And, of course, blades and wear parts for printing and packaging machines, which meet German quality standards in the best possible sense.

Our production - quality with tradition
You can be sure that our team understands its craft. But that's not enough on its own. Our results depend on quality materials. Therefore we offer a wide range of steels - from simple strip steel to high-alloy blade steel. On top of this, our partners supply us with excellent machines enabling us to achieve the best possible results. We also work with custom machines, built exclusively for us. And: What once began in our company as punching technology has now given way to precise laser cutting. This makes us even better. And we want to continue to be so in the future. So we ensure continual quality improvement - by investing in progress, but also innovation, for example, by developing our own identification system which allows us to trace when a blade was produced, at any time.
And because we are so keen on quality, we also have products from 3M in our range as a result of taking over the Southern German agency in 2012. You can also rest assured: We carry out cutting trials with every new blade manufactured in-house - this in-house inspection ensures the quality of our products.

Turning technology:



With over 70 years of experience in turning technology is for us to deal with highly productive machines incorporating our core competencies.



For medium and large series, we use the latest CNC and cam-controlled six-and eight-spindle automatic lathes, for small series CNC single spindle are used. This provides us with a flexible and cost-effective way available to create complex pieces of high strength materials quickly and in large numbers. For turning operations, among others, Gildemeister, INDEX, Schütte and Tornos turning machines are used successfully with a spindle capacity 5-67 mm at Castle Maier.



Rotary transfer machining:



With the help of rotary transfer machines, it is possible for us, with a diameter of 3 to 60 mm to machine complex workpieces machined in synchronously operating workstations.



Up to 24 horizontal clamping stations with processing units are available for cross-processing and other special operation available.Whether drilling, turning, milling or rubbing - the processing units control all production machining steps. Due to the simultaneous processing to the stations themselves extremely short production times can be realized.



Grinding Technology:



To the security built into our house manufacturing process also includes the grinding of workpieces in large numbers and with high surface accuracy.



Machining centers:



Through the use of CNC controlled machining centers with partially automatic feeding of parts we are independent in the assembly of the machines. Fast workpiece and tool change times, and 4 - and 5-sided machining increase throughput. Our very demanding parts get here by drilling, milling and reaming her final geometric shape.



Automation:



Through the use of robots in our house offers an economically very interesting possibility to equip machines with workpieces automatically, to edit, and then to consider the same.
Also, by chaining multiple machines to one another can be shorter routes and thus achieve faster turnaround times.



Heat and surface treatment:



By proper heat treatment, our products receive their final material properties.



Quality Measurement:



The quality is our ultimate goal. With the help of our certified quality management system and the most advanced testing and measuring facilities, we consistently pursue the zero-error-goal and ensure a constant uniform quality.

The manufacturing processes of our own responsibility Mitarbeiteren statistically controlled (SPC). A study conducted by the quality assurance final inspection, internal and external audits in the entire division, as well as our suppliers, are for us a matter of course.

For over 40 years, CAMISANA SRL has been processing and moulding technical articles in rubber, silicone and co-moulded to drawings.
It employs a specialized staff, practices a quality system in which rules and procedures are respected that allow a correct management of the production system allowing to obtain quality products at competitive costs.
We process and mould any type of elastomer, platinum and peroxide silicone, natural and synthetic rubber, producing more than 1000 technical articles to design such as vibration dampers, caps, manifolds, flat and shaped gaskets, sleeves, OR, fairleads, feet, balls, bellows, stators, buffers, caps, suction cups, etc..
Camisana produces the spheres in organic and silicone rubber for the major and qualified manufacturers of vibrating screens and sieves, providing them with a product specific to their customer's needs. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry the balls are printed with appropriate materials, FDA certified and after their production they are rectified and sanitized. Thus, each application requires cleaning balls with optimal characteristics that we can obtain: rebound, antistatic, wear, corrosion, load and temperature resistance.

CAM is an entrepreneurial reality in the Italian northwest that has been on the market for over 60 years.
It deals with high precision mechanical machining for chip removal and assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies.
The machine park ranges from small machining centers to large boring and milling machines with mobile column, multi-pallet machining centers, 5-axis lathes, control and traditional lathes, internal external, tangential and profile grinding. The company is equipped with a super-finishing department at controlled temperature and humidity and a metrology department with several three-dimensional control machines. It also has a large department dedicated to assembly.
