AFMI Verspanende Industrie is an independent company that came into being as the result of a merger of several firms, including: the tool-making department of Stork Mufac; the mechanical department of Stork Pumps Hengelo; the mechanical department of Stork Services.

In 2000, these firms were relocated to premises in Lansinkesweg, Hengelo. Thanks to this merger and the purchase of a number of large machines, AFMI dramatically increased its know-how in the field of mechanical treatment and assembly of industrial components. The available expertise and extensive machinery equipment allowed AFMI to strengthen its market position considerably. This subsequently resulted in a high quality level of service, good maintenance management, and an excellent price/quality ratio.

To maintain this high standard of quality, AFMI puts much time and effort into quality certification. AFMI is currently ISO 9001:2008 certified. AFMI operates mainly for the offshore industry, energy sector and machine manufacturers (see main menu), supplying state-of-the-art products within short delivery times.

Afterone OÜ, established in 2004, is Swedish-Estonian metal machining company specialized on CNC-turning and milling works. The company is mainly specialized on stainless steel details with diameter between 20-230 mm, but we are also open for orders from other materials.
Afterone mission is to be trustworthy partner to the customers. In order to make it easy to work with company in Estonia Afterone also takes care of logistic problems.

AGAZZI GIANCARLO srl, established in Fara Gera d’Adda (BG) in 1962, manufactures precision mechanical parts, special equipment and machines. Its manufacturing policy is based on customer's specific demands.

A long time expertise and the study of market survey results have added to the present company profile to meet any requirements for chipless processing (MILLING – BORING – TURNING – GRINDING), light carpentry (through the subsidiary FABER srl), mechanical and electro-pneumatic assembly operations; in addition, the technical office is able to provide extensive design support to the customer.

The present company structure allows to offer full service from the provisioning of raw materials and semi-processed goods, through mechanical processing, surface coating, assembly operations, dimensional testing and commissioning, to the management of delivery of goods to the customer's premises using carriers that have special agreements with our company.
