As a family mill construction company founded in 1884, we now manufacture construction components (laser parts, bent parts, welded components, turned and milled parts as well as assembly assemblies) for mechanical engineering, commercial vehicles and agricultural technology according to customer requirements at our company location in Lößnitz.
Based on many years of experience, continuous development has created an efficient company for the production of sheet metal parts in recent years.

EKOFLEX GmbH offers development, construction and production from a single source. We offer individual advice and planning in the field of system technology and optimization / adaptation, as well as special machine construction and tool construction. Our manufacturing skills in contract manufacturing include 5-axis milling, 2 1/2 / 3 D milling, welding and assembly.

Engineering and Machining precision is specialized in manufacturing and design of mechanical products which based on the use of CNC machine tools (8 Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes), as well as precision metal construction (Welding capacity: SMAW, MIG, TIG, ...), (20 welding stations Fronius), (Polishing equipment, sandblasting units, painting units, assembly units). EMP is EN9100 V2016 certified.

We have a high skilled and young team able to understand and to meed the higest level of customers expectation upon all standards of manufacturing and construction (ASME, ASTM, GE standards, RR standard....) and we are able to work with all kind of material both imperial & metric.
Today EMP have a good reference in flying part with AIRBUS Tier 2 and OEM (Engines) Licencies for Engine tooling & Ground Support Equipment . The main programs reference are: A380, XWB, LEAP 1A, LEAP 1B.......

The excellent Geostrategic location of Tunisia allow EMP to get order from all the world and export to any country with a good lead time.

The company developing and manufacturing Eßbach was founded in Berthelsdorf 1999. Since April 2007, we relocated our headquarters to Brand-Erbisdorf. Here are covering an area of 750m ² various machining centers, design workstations and above average well-trained staff available with which we can also realize your tasks! Our high quality standards are certified by our certification to DIN ISO 9001.

Our main pillar is the development, production and distribution of heat sinks for power electronics. In addition to liquid cooling body systems based Unicool we also manufacture air-cooling systems of the body or combined devices after the system coldplate. Of course, we adjust the devices on your required specifications. Customers who use our products or benefits, include Siemens, Bosch, Baumuller, Bonfiglioli Vectron GmbH and Lust Antriebstechnik GmbH.

In addition to the production of heat sinks, we operate a small special engineering. With this we are able to manufacture high quality facilities capable of over CAD design and CAD / CAM Interfaces. Thus, several different labeling systems to the standard product labeling including PDC connection were realized in our home. The Company:

The company Harald Kress engineering & CNC-Technik GmbH was founded in 1998 by the Master machine Harald Kress in Meckenheim. From September 2000, the manufacturing facility was purchased in industry Straße 39 with 400 sqm. In the following years, the production area was expanded several times and now stands at a total of 1500 sqm.

The production of high quality production parts is due to an ideal infrastructure of the site and its environment. Other arguments are: The latest production technologies on CNC-based, quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, network-assisted design of the manufacturing process and CAD-CAM system support.

The workforce of the company is currently 8 skilled workers, temporary workers and training its own forces (2).
