We shed the materials cast iron, nodular cast iron and, in most recent

Industries Drive Technology / gearboxes, pumps / valves, agricultural
engineering, railway, automotive, general mechanical engineering
and environmental engineering.

Production of die cast parts

We specialized in aluminum Kippgießteile their specialized piece weights in the range of approximately 10 g are up to 100 kg. The large volume Kippgießteile with dimensions up to 1.5 m in length are manufactured in Germany. The wage-intensive products are manufactured at competitive prices in our new plant in Hungary. A variety of products we supply finished in all common remelting and hut alloys.
For years we have been supplying reputable clients in the areas of the vehicle, drive line, machine and plant construction. Likewise, we manufacture manufacturer of electric motors, awnings, exterior lighting and industrial scales. This is mostly to various gear housing or drive housing and motor flanges, cover and cylinder with high technical requirements. The unit weights of these products are in the range of about 1 to 100 empty kg, we have specialized in large-volume Kippgießteile. A variety of products we supply finished in all common remelting and metallurgical alloys.Cast parts are eg. Base frame, housing, brackets, base, magnetic enclosure, equipment rack.

Due to a clear technological competitive edge in the foundry technic, the enterprise Ergocast is always able to offer special mature products to the market.

We manufacture gray iron and spheroidal iron pieces up to a piece weight of max. 100 kilogramme in series, which mostly finds usage in the drive engineer technology (e.g. castings for gears and steerings) and hydraulics. That way with our products we make sure, that e.g. an agricultural tractor can provide its full power.

Thru the mechanized mouldmaking in the furan resin bonded sand, we manufacture gray iron and spheroidal iron pieces in low volume production from circa 200 kilogramme up to 4,000 kilogramme weight per piece. The models are mounted with ingating system on model sheets. By demoulding the models mechanically, the models are spared and can be used more often. Due to the longer working life, the model costs can be reduced.
