We are a Sand casting Steel Foundry. Our main activity is the cement industry and also security parts of the breaks for high speed railways and heavy truck industry.

As you can find in detail on our web-site, we work with 2x 3tn and 2x 2tn induction furnaces. We dispose of two automatic melting lines, one by impact and one chemical moulding and of course the possibility of hand moulding. Different heat treatment furnaces, an integrated own machining shop and the possibility to subcontract many different additional operations complete our manufacturing program.

Eurocast is specialised in producing precision investment castings, in both aluminium and several steel alloys. Our technology enables us to produce very complex three dimensional products in almost every alloy.

Since Eurocast is part of the Aalberts Industries group we are able to combine technologies of sister companies with our castings. The results are castings completed with surface treatment, machining, painting and assembly.

Our Company – EUROCAST Košice s.r.o. is oriented to the metallurgical production of castings made of grey, ductile and steel irons with high quality requirements of a final production.

Eurocast Sàrl is owner (partner at a French company) of Company SC Aludea SRL located in Romania whose principal activity is the foundry cockles alloys of aluminium and the surface treatment by hard chromium plating. Eurocast ensures the follow-up for all the Swiss customers, for the other countries put except for France the customers can place the order directly to Romania. (photographs of the Rumanian site).
For the activities of industrial subcontracting, in close collaboration with various foundry of cast iron Eurocast Sàrl provided to various customers of the parts of a unit weight of 1 kg to 70 ' 000 kg in moulding hand sands (automatic building site of 50 kg to 500 kg)

In the 1950s the family Nironi started the first production activities in the die-casting industry, collecting until today more than 60 years of expertise in the field. In 1998 the son Stefano Nironi decided to move to the next level by specializing in aluminium pressure die-casting.

Since 1960, our company deals with the production of investment castings. Thanks to their high dimensional accuracy and surface quality investment castings are indispensable to modern manufacturing techniques. This fact gave us in the last few years a rapid development.
Approximately 3,500 tons of steel, and aluminum and copper alloys are shed annually at our factory in Riedlingen. Investment castings by the lost wax process in steel, vacuum, aluminum or copper-based alloys, including finish machining, surface finishing and assembly.
