We are a powerful medium-sized company in the field of models, molds and tooling.
Currently employed on a 2000sqm production area of approximately 35 employees in the design, manufacturing and administration.

Our clients include automotive companies such as Daimler, BMW and Audi, automotive, aviation and aerospace industry and other customers in the areas of special machine and tool making.
The focus of activity is the construction and processing of foaming blowing and thermoforming molds, prototype molds, models and devices and the mechanical production of individual parts and small series.
With modern production planning and control systems, planning and timely execution of very different orders is guaranteed.

With the construction program "Catia V5" is a common development platform with numerous customers.
Furthermore, there are numerous "Tebis" CAD and CAM applications.A uniform data format ensures fast and error-free communication throughout the production chain. This ensures rapid and smooth implementation of the orders.

The machinery consists of contemporary 3 - to 5-axis CNC milling machines and machining centers with travels 600-6000 mm.

All CNC jobs have direct access to design and manufacturing data. Programming is carried out by highly qualified employees in the local vicinity.


The fully automatic tool presetting of manufacturing centers guarantees quality and process reliability.

DIN ISO 9001-2000 certified our own highest standards, and our discerning clientele.

With six trainees we leave in terms of qualification of our employees nothing to chance. These are made in the area of "Precision Engineering specializing in tooling" early with the latest manufacturing techniques.

Substantial investments in plant and capacity expansion for 2009 are planned.
