Steel castings for all relevant EN / DIN + SEW + special grades to 5 tons unit weight.
Wear-resistant cast steels and nodular cast iron / ADI to EN + DIN to 3 tons unit weight, including processing on modern lathes, drilling, milling, grinding and gear cutting machines.

Since 1970 we deal successfully with the production, since 2002 the trade of drive elements. Unger GmbH & Co KG was established in 1932. Founded by our "company father" Bruno Unger in Leipzig. Having described ourselves as a traditional company for a long time, a completely new production and administration facility was built in the Hellerwald industrial zone in 1986. Our production - quality with tradition

And: What once began in our company as punching technology has now given way to precise laser cutting. This makes us even better. And we want to continue to be so in the future. So we ensure continual quality improvement - by investing in progress, but also innovation, for example, by developing our own identification system which allows us to trace when a blade was produced, at any time.
And because we are so keen on quality, we also have products from 3M in our range as a result of taking over the Southern German agency in 2012. You can also rest assured: We carry out cutting trials with every new blade manufactured in-house - this in-house inspection ensures the quality of our products.

We as "Schneider, Seifer & Ullrich Präzisionstechnik GbR" are a young, newly founded company in the field of mechanical treatment and processing of metals and plastics of all types and qualities. Our focus here is on contract manufacturing according to customer requirements and orders.
For this we are equipped with modern CNC lathes from well-known manufacturers, which can also depict the various contours with driven tools.
In order to be able to support you as a customer, we have concentrated on two branches of contract work:

1.) CNC technology and manufacture of precision parts according to customer specifications
2.) Welding technology for the production of simple welded assemblies according to customer specifications

We are a Netherlands based company producing goods in Asia. We have been in Asia for 20 years and specialise in many custom made parts for our clients in Europe. We have technical staff in China locally, including European managers and a wide array of suppliers giving us the ability to provide our customers with a variety of parts.

We specialise in hot-forged and casted items but are also strong in sheet metal, turning and milling. Mill
Production is on machining centers leading machine tool manufacturers in the 3 and 4 axis range. We manufacture parts up to small series individually modified universal clamping means and specific multiple clamping devices.

Interlink
We are a company specializing in teeth. In addition to racks, splines and spline shafts, gears, spur gears and sprockets, we also manufacture all types of profiles.

Our services include the manufacture of prefabricated parts or from raw material to the finished workpiece
according to drawings, DIN or pattern. The production of individual parts is possible to small series.

Grind
In our grinding we can process many grinding operations of surface grinding or cylindrical grinding on conventional machines.

Groove
With our Nutenstoß, Nutenzieh and Nutenräummaschinen we keyways, multiple groove, as well as square and hexagonal grooves can edit. Also poking Sacklochnuten is possible in our home.

Welding
In our house we also offer arc welding. This includes of course to the TIG welding (tungsten inert gas), MIG (metal inert gas) and MAG welding (metal active gas).

Quality assurance
For the control of production and final inspection, we use a spatially separated measurement space. With a 3-coordinate measuring machine, we review the 3D dimensional stability so that we ensure an ongoing quality control.

Dimensional accuracy and precision in every detail are just as important as high repeatability in serial production.

D.S.A. INGRANAGGI S.r.l. was founded in 1988, thanks to years of experience and with the aid of modern machineries is able to offer high quality products and guarantee.
