The pro forma GmbH was founded in 1996 at the site Medingen with 5 employees. Services for the tooling, the production of components for the tool and mold making and services in HSC milling were the beginning of a successful corporate strategy.

1997 could be substantially enhanced by the construction of a development and design area and a separate tool construction, the spectrum.

In the summer of 2004, the work on the new production hall in Radeburg began. Situated just off the A13, now working at the new location on 2,500 square meters of production area more than 50 employees.

Meanwhile provides the pro forma GmbH complex services for the tool and mold from the idea to the finished product.

We process common engineering plastics such as ABS, POM, PA6.6, PPS, PBT, PP, PMMA and many other materials on 10 modern robot-controlled ENGEL machines with clamping forces from 88 kN to 2300 kN and shot weights bigger than 10.000 g.

As a long-standing supplier of well-known German OEMs, we are mainly engaged in the production of individual body parts and assemblies through to ready-to-paint hang-on parts.
In doing so, we can represent almost all steps of product development in-house:
- Method planning and forming simulation
- Tool and equipment design and production in-house

We deal with prototyping, construction of steel molds, production of plastic parts by injection, aluminum die-casting and turning.

Prototyping in all materials available for 3D printers, numerically controlled machines or silicone molds for pre-series, necessary in the first experimental or production phase.
We treat all types of plastic material including the transparent and the diffusing opal. In the metals field we work mainly with aluminum, stainless steel, brass, zamak. We have a lot of experience in the medical field, lighting technology, vending and coffee machines
