CAM is an entrepreneurial reality in the Italian northwest that has been on the market for over 60 years.
It deals with high precision mechanical machining for chip removal and assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies.
The machine park ranges from small machining centers to large boring and milling machines with mobile column, multi-pallet machining centers, 5-axis lathes, control and traditional lathes, internal external, tangential and profile grinding. The company is equipped with a super-finishing department at controlled temperature and humidity and a metrology department with several three-dimensional control machines. It also has a large department dedicated to assembly.
The Company is certified according to the UNI ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards for the aeronautical, space and defense sector.

We offer our know-how in the areas of sheet metal processing, mechanics, welding, assembly, painting - in (wet and powder coated).

We have been 27 years in the sheet metal processing industry operates (aluminum, steel and stainless steel). Our modern production area of 7200m2 over 5 halls, this allows us to tackle large production volume to interesting, competitive Preisen.Unser guiding principle is the principle of the complete solution, from design to volume production.

Our industrial sheet metal processing department can realize your projects in steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

Our mechanics department makes their machining and lathe centers (up to 9 axes) for the perfect realization of all your desires.

At our 16 welding courses, we can use the following procedures for performing (TIG, MIG and MAG, spot welding, longitudinal welding)

The strict handling and compliance with labor processes you also guarantees the installation of your parts delivered and complex products.

Our Department of powder coating and paint shop we can offer a very wide range of surface treatment.

Over forty years of experience

Capecchi has been operating in the precision engineering sphere since 1962. Production ranges from small and medium-sized precision-engineered parts to assemblies and mechanisms.
Over the years, the company, in making products from individual parts to finished products, has consolidated and brought its experience to bear in various sectors: laser technology, industrial automation, durometry, stereocartography and topography, radar, ophthalmology and the textile and biomedical industries. For the railway industry it makes gauges for testing rolling stock.
Thanks to the modern machines and technologies employed, Capecchi is able to make equipment to order and to the design of the Customer.

Precision technology

The workshop, staffed by highly qualified personnel, has a production area with leading-edge machine tools, that make a wide range of mechanical machining possible: vertical work centres with continuous fourth axis and horizontal multipallets with continuous fourth and fifth axis, milling machines, grinding machines, CNC parallel and revolver type lathes. Special rooms are dedicated to optical assembly and precision engineering.
Always abreast of the times, the production line, thanks to the use of CAD-CAM technology and dedicated machinery, is able to transform designs into finished products of the highest quality and precision.

Controlled production

The production processes that are not part of the technologies used by the Company are outsourced to external suppliers who are carefully selected and qualified to ensure the best possible supply quality.

Certified quality system

To ensure the quality of the finished product, machining is monitored throughout the entire cycle and the components are carefully tested. For this purpose the testing room is fitted with a three-dimensional measuring machine, a durometer and a profilometer as well as traditional measuring and testing instruments and samples that can be referred to the International System.
All the machining, if so requested by the customer, can be accompanied by a certification of both the raw materials and the treatments used.

We are a manufacturing company specialized in the production of epicycloidal ring gears and hobbed parts. Our
knowledge and turnover have both grown quickly in the last years, mainly because our corporate philosophy puts innovation and continuous improvement in first place.

LUBSTAL factory belongs to CARBO Holding Group. It specializes in production of steel welded structures for different areas of industry. Its production range includes:

- belt, roller and chain conveyers;

CARBO Holding Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1991. Zaklad Konstrukcji Stalowych LUBSTAL started to operate in 1996 and over 11 years has gained recognition and a range of regular customers from Germany, France, Denmark, Luxemburg, the UK and Poland.


The Company employs 70 highly-qualified employees and owns a production hall of the area of 12,000 sq m. The monthly production capacity reaches 300 tons of steel structures of different kinds. The production follows our clients’ documentation and meets European industrial standards.


LUBSTAL also offers assembly of manufactured structures, both in Poland and abroad.


High quality of the products was approved by Certificate to the manufacturer's qualification for welding acc. to DIN 18800-7 as well as Certificate of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.
